Very clean and easy to use.
Great tool
Not a pro, just a consumer, but this has been the best little app over the years. Worked loans for main home, rental properties, refinances, cars. Awesome charts, easy to toggle all the variables, create and compare different scenarios. I love it.
Super simple
As a realtor I found this to be a great way to prompt me to ask the right questions and great email format to send to my lending agent. I say give it a shot.

I use this app all the time when trying to help figure payments for my clients. I only use it as an estimating tool ONLY. They always get an exact payment from a loan officer. The one thing I don't like is when I try to add a POA monthly charge or any other charge it does not change the payment. I don't know why it doesn't recalculate.

Great except for crash in "Advanced"
Every time I click on Advanced, the app immediately crashes. Otherwise, the best loan calculator app out there. Please fix the crash!

I'm a homeowner a mortgage guy and a CPA. This rocks. Stop looking now load it and love it. I highly recommend this for more sophisticated homeowners /Homebuyers, real estate agents; definitely for mortgage professionals. this is without doubt the best financial calculator for a mortgage that I found in the App Store and I must've tried least 10 others. this is got great features it's very simple to use and I like the fact that this can scale up from simple to advanced and that it's designed to be easy. I can see qualifying ratios and qualify people over the phone in real time wherever I am and then email it to myself and to them. And one more thing… Did I mention that you can save your scenarios? very cool.
The only glitch I have found with this is due to third-party keyboards. I use swype but I found if I change to the regular Apple keyboard that I don't have any problemsat all.well done! kudos!!

Simply the Best
As a loan officer who often needs a "back of the envelope" calculation of costs at a seconds notice, this app has it all. Plus having 3 options that provide varying degrees of detail (basic, quick, and advanced) make this a versatile tool in any LO's arsenal.
The best part is that I can quickly get a client or realtor hard numbers when I'm nowhere near my office. I've been looking for an app like this for quite some time and now have finally found it. Every loan officer needs to download this app.

Does not support email
I've used this app for years and has been in my top list of real estate apps. I always recommend it to my clients and fellow agents. However, the latest version destroyed the UI and took away the ability to email the estimated payments and charts to my clients, who are now forced to download the app to be able to see their figures. Even though I recommend it to clients, I am not into forcing them to download or sign up for anything. It's just the way it is nowadays in 2014 you know? So, I will e glad to revise my review to 5 stars as long as we can email charts and figures to clients within the body of the email or an easy to open PDF attachment.

This app does what I want it to do and more
I'm a real estate broker and use this app everyday. It's quick and simple to use. I'm able to send the graphs and detailed reports to my clients educating them on different scenarios. Very happy with this purchase!
Condo/HOA monthly fee glitch
I have used this app for a couple of years know with no issue, great easy calculator
I am a realtor and the recent update got me in a real bind with a client recently.
When projecting their estimated mortgage I imputed a monthly fee of $295 for the monthly condo/HOA fee and it did not carry over to the overall mortgage expense like it use to.
Please fix this issue
