I don’t fault a company for filling a niche. There is high risk loaning broke and desperate people money but at the same same time there is no reason to abuse them. You’ve already got the title to their car so you’re covered. Why not just be honest? These shady characters will use every trick in the book to screw you over. Oh you’ve been making payments on time and doing what was asked, surprise the payment app stops working and the website is “down” Oddly only after entering your account credentials. Additionally make sure you remember what day your loan started and when your payments are due. Because suddenly your 30 days to pay are getting calculated on a different due date. Or even better the day you signed your paperwork suddenly becomes your first payment date. Then unbeknownst to you thousands of dollars start stacking up and when it’s time to close your loan surprise that’s what you thought smh

App issues
The app closes out every time I try to login and there’s no update for it. It’s annoying and inconvenient!!!

They are a scam! They will make an away for you to not make a payment. They take away the method of payments and then tell you they don’t have no control over the payment system and then in hopes you get a late fee which is a scam. I’m taking them to court!
Loan Sharks
Whatever you do never use Loan Mart as a way to get money. I had a medical emergency and was behind 25 days. And they wanted to repo the car, even though they had proof. I communicated with them every couple of days. The only thing they told me was it was a no grace period loan. They will not work with you and they’re hoping you don’t make your payment on time so they can take your vehicle. I have a newer vehicle and only borrowed a small amount against it which is why they are loaning you the money and hopes to get your vehicle. Do not do it.

Horrible app
App NEVER works.
Warning! Don’t get involved with these people.
They will call 10 times a day on the same day your payment is due. They mess up when you try to overpay and don’t credit the account properly. None of them speak English fluently. You’re better off going to a loan shark.
Scam
These dudes don’t even care about payment they will take your stuff even if you are up to date. Not open on Sunday for no good reason. Terrible customer service and people that can barely speak any English and can’t even read the pre generated sentences they are supposed to

the app never actually shows what your balance is and makes it difficult to track payments made. please understand that this is a predatory lender, and you will be charged daily compounded interest, making it nearly impossible to actually pay off your loan. be careful.
App is not intuitive or useful
I have had issues getting logged into app for a few weeks now. I have sent emails and made phone calls to customer service with very little help. This app is worthless if I can’t login to make payments.
Worse company ever
They steal your money, they said one thing and then the next month said something different. You have a 3 year loan with them. When they will give you the money they don’t explain anything. IF YOU DON’T READ THE TINNY WORK YOU ARE OVER. Don’t waist your time and your money with this company is a scam.

I would have thought the app would have had more information but I was wrong. The only positive to having the app is the ease of making a payment.

Terrible app; it’s indicative of this company’s ethics. The app doesn’t give you the balance, only the option to pay. My spouse and I are actively paying our loan off. They sent us a threatening letter stating we don’t have car insurance. We do. Avoid this company if you can.

Yes totally agree that the balance must be visible upon monthly payments. I went to the actual website to check my balance (if ever i wanted to it off). But then the balance showing is not the actual balance if you want to pay it off in full. You still have to call and ask for a quote for the payout. It’s kind a confusing.
