New update doesn’t work
I and some associates with iOS devices have been unable to create the XRP wallet because we get an error message “Failed to derive key for XRP ledger”. I contacted support over 48 hours ago as have others and no one has gotten a response yet. Issue is not resolved.

Get it together
I sent Shx from uphold to my lobstr wallet and never received it. Contacted support and they keep on insisting it’s a moonpay issue when it’s clearly not. Second I USED MOONPAY FOR XLM and still haven’t seen my funds in hours. Yall gotta get it together because I’m missing out on profits and a lot of things because of this

I tried to send XRP to Robinhood. I have done it before $2,600 in XRP GONE ! That is a huge amount to lose. I have repeatedly tried to start chat about ( no # available) no one will respond. Unbelievable!!!
You handle only Stellar XLM

I’ve always really liked this wallet for XLM. It’s had its quirky moments, but it’s still my favorite among all the non-hardware Stellar wallets available.
The only warning and caveat I’d give to any user is that the wallet gives access to a large number of scam tokens. Be very careful about which assets you add. If you plan to use it strictly for Stellar Lumens (XLM) or to hold native tokens like Aqua, I’d still consider this my number-one choice today.
When funding the wallet, you’ll deposit XLM, and any crypto you withdraw will also be in XLM. That means any asset you trade for inside the app has to be swapped back into XLM before withdrawing. Keep in mind that swapping can lead to heavy losses. For example, you might swap 12 XLM for 58 of another asset, then later swap back and end up with only 1 XLM—a loss of 11 XLM. These are just the facts based on experience.
On the plus side, sending and receiving between other XLM wallets works flawlessly, and that part of the wallet is excellent. Another unique feature is the ability to email someone XLM, although the recipient must also use this same wallet app to receive it.

Back door access was found thru Moonpay portal. All assets have been stolen!

Yet another bot attack and wallet drained. Had 2FA. Must have back door access, no wonder, they are affiliated with ex Mossad agent Ido Ben- Natan and Block Aid.
SCAM ALERT
Scam warning. I’ve sent hundreds of emails asking how to withdraw my funds. Support either responds incorrectly or ignores emails entirely. I’ve now reported this to the Canadian fraud department. Use extreme caution.
