Can never book at taxi early in the morning they either cancel or just leave it searching for a taxi for ages

Poor service
Phoned to see where my late taxi was, attitude was terrible, was told taxi will be 8 to 10 minutes late. Because I said this wasn’t good enough he wanted to cancel my booking. Obviously I needed the taxi and told him not to cancel. To my surprise he told me to calm down! What a disgusting company!!! They don’t deserve customers!!!

Used to work immediately but now it takes like 20 mins to find a nearby driver but would get a message saying it’s been booked. Won’t dispatch the driver until 10 mins later when should be ASAP. Fix it please.

If you’re too far away they’ll cancel for collection, absolutely useless and unreliable.
