Customer Features NOW tab — Mapbox map + distance-sorted nearby business list. Check before you go. Pulse tab — Live broadcast feed from every merchant in your current area. No following required. Following tab — Saved merchants with automatic push alerts on every status change. Check-in — GPS-verified reports (must be within 100m). Four types: Open / Closed / Sold Out / Leave a Note. Poke — Ask a merchant if they're open. 3+ pokes in 30 min triggers one notification to the merchant. Go-out reminders — Lunch/dinner push at 11:30 & 17:30 showing open businesses near home or work. Merchant Features Dashboard — 2-tap status toggle (Open / Sold Out / Closed). No complexity. Promo broadcast — Send a live update to every user in the zone via the Pulse feed. No followers needed, no ad spend — this is Every business can advertise. Conflict override — If community reports contradict your status, one tap confirms "I am open" and notifies the reporters.
