Standard lets you pause or stop anytime. Locked In does not - not even by quitting the app - until the timer ends. Both modes can shield distracting apps for the duration using Screen Time, so the phone stops being the obstacle. INSIGHTS Real feedback from your own data: a 30-day completion chain, week-over-week trends, and one headline insight computed fresh each time, not a canned tip. See exactly what's working and what's dragging your completion rate down. SPARRING PARTNER Pair with one person through a private CloudKit share. See their streak, send a nudge, hold each other to it. No feed, no leaderboard - just one other person who knows if you skip today. WIDGETS Home screen and lock screen widgets keep your streak, trackers, and calendar visible without opening the app. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives on your device or in your own iCloud account. Lockin's servers never see your check-ins, your notes, or your health data. Nothing is sold, nothing is analyzed by us, because we never have it to begin with.
