Hi can someone please fix this, I haven't been able to view any new or previously saves videos I have saved. I can although export them which beats the purpose of a third party app. Thank you in advance , otherwise 5/5 app until then only a 2/5

AD screen exit issue
In iPhone 11 I’m unable to exit the ad screen... in the previous comment Mr. Bambi Mallipudi on Jan 14 is on this regards and even after 1 month this issue has not been resolved... it’s very disappointing...

Hi I’m using 11 pro max
when I try to open the app it shows all sorts of advertising and the exit button is not working. Thought I’m trying to close the app and open it again it’s not going through, and all the crap is coming again and again but we coudent open the application. Think this should be set up

I cannot open vault
I downloaded trial version. I have been trying since one week to open vault but video ads come and despite efforts vault can not be opened.

Apple Watch subscription doesn’t work
I bought the 1-yr autorenew pro features subscription (the other option was 1-time $30 payment) which enables iPhone and Apple Watch pro features but my Watch gives me an error message that I need to buy “pro” version...?! Tried different variations of uninstall/reboot/re-install but no go. I ALREADY PAID for the pro version. No response from developer and no help from App Store support. Good thing I didn’t give them $30!!! Don’t buy this app if you have Watch and if you want things to work as advertised.

Yeb, I synchronized my photos to my icloud and guess what? When I want to deleted them, I could not. So now I am wasting over 3gb of my icloud storage and still can not delete the photos.
Ads are ok, but they jammed!
I have been loving this app, and I’m ok with the ads at the start. HOWEVER, what really irritates me is that can you at least make it work? Most of the time the video of the ad doesn’t play, and I can’t even close it. So I will reboot the app again and again until I can make the app play the ad. Pls fix this bug, and I hope that I wouldn’t need to face this issue again.

Don’t buy for watch
Just purchased for watch. Can’t open. $9.99 wasted.
Doesnt work anymore
App suddenly unable to open since 2-3 weeks ago. Keeps crashing everytime i try to open it. Lost all my private files/pictures stored in it as well. Disappointed. Worst of all, the yearly subscription just got renewed last week 😡😡
Poor customer support & buggy
I bought the premium package for a year & when it renewed the app never recognized my purchase, so I could not create new codes. Then support could not help me get back in - even after giving me a token for it. Now the app just crashes on my iPhone whenever I try to open it. Using LastPass now—wish I could get into PinGenie to pull out old passwords.

I tried the free version and discovered it does not support Live Photo’s. It does support slow motion video though. All other features are great.
