Response from developer

Hello Yusuf, Sorry for the inconvenience. Please send our team screenshots of the issue, and we will get it fixed for you. Send it to lockrapprdev@gmail.com.

Doesn’t work

Paid the years subscription and it doesn’t do anything - I can still scroll as normal and the app won’t be blocked once the screen time limit is reached or even a reminder. Don’t waste ur money

Impenetrable paywall.

It’s pretty scummy locking the entire app behind a paywall AFTER making you waste your time customising it and sharing your personal information. NO functions of the app are usable without paying and it doesn’t even tell you that until you’ve already shared your information with it. You’re better off just using the Screen Time function.

FAQ

What does LOCKR do?

LOCKR is a screen time control app blocker designed to help you stop doomscrolling and reclaim your time. It uses a personalized AI focus coach to manage access to apps you select for blocking.

How does the AI focus coach work?

When you try to open a blocked app, the coach intercepts it and requires you to provide a reason for access. Based on your reason and the strictness level you've set, it will decide on an appropriate amount of time for you to use the app before locking it again.

What are the key features of LOCKR?

Key features include instant app and website blocking, a configurable personalized focus coach, insights into screen time usage through analytics, daily check-ins, screen time goal setting and tracking, and a focus and pause mode for adaptive blocking.

Is LOCKR free to use?

All features of LOCKR require a subscription. The app is not free to use.

How does LOCKR help with screen time goals?

The app works with your screen time data to adapt your coach's strictness, track your progress, and show you exactly how much time you've reclaimed relative to your set goals. This provides clear insights into your digital wellbeing journey.
