Clean, simple app for a hefty product
Got the app for use with one of the regular sized SmartLocks. Like the app, unlock options and sharing capabilities. Like other reviewers I think the device would be infinitely better if they were able to include an Apple Watch app to control the lock, but I suspect that it might not be there due to a restriction in WatchOS connecting Bluetooth to devices other than headphones, and instead being more of a 'remote control' for the app on your phone.
UPDATE: So I realized yesterday that the developers have added an Apple Watch app and so now the lock is much more useful when visiting the pool - everything (including my iPhone) can now go in the locker, protected by the lock. Yay! Gained the extra star.

Interface is ok but please add HomeKit support
It would be perfect if you added home kit support, which can now be done through a simple software modification with no new hardware. This way it would show up in the Apple Home app and people could add it to control center or their widgets or ask Siri to unlock the lock without having to open a separate app. Please add this feature!
Or at a minimum you could implement support for Siri shortcuts.

App keeps crashing
Now that I have a new IPhone and has been updated to iOS 12.0.1, the app will open connect to the lock but when I try to Authenticate to unlock the app it crashes, pleas update the app or I will have to cut the lock. Outside of that I enjoy the luck to at the gym but I can’t use it anymore.
Broken on iPhone XS
I can see my lock, but when I try to unlock it with Face ID, the app crashes. I can’t delete the lock or change any settings, for the same reason.

This is a great lock. Have used both the travel and padlock versions. App needs better updates. Does not work in iPhone Xs max. Can’t use my locks anymore. Don’t know if it is a hardware or software issue but devs have had this for months. Update please.

This app worked fine on my iPhone 7 but the phone itself crapped out so I bought the iPhone X but now the LockSmart app keeps shutting down right after it detects my lock and says to press the lock pic for authentication!
Guess I’ll have to try a different brand all together!

Lock broke after one week - no customer service
After waiting seven weeks for this dopey lock to finally arrive, it took less than a week for the bluetooth to no longer connect. I live in south florida, where it rains alot. I bought this lock because it claimed it was weatherproof under any conditions, so i used it for my backyard gate. Not only does the bluetooth no longer connect, but the power connect button on lock does nothing. When i try to see if it needed charging, a solid red light comes up. And there is no instruction manuel that says what that even means, online or in lousy piece of paper it came with. And now i cant open my gate!!!
There is no phone number to call for support. So I emailed customer service twice for help, and i got no response. Dont waste your money here. Pitiful.

App crashes on iPhoneX
My lock is locked and I don’t have access to my locker now. The app crashes every time I try to unlock it. Great! Don’t buy this lock!
App is unusable
I bought my lock a few months ago and it worked ok - the fact that you have push a button on it means you light as well use a combo anyway.
The real issue is the latest update is bad and the app can no longer be used on the latest iOS on iPhone X - so the lock is a paperweight - just glad I checked it before I locked my stuff in my gym locker.
This obviously wasn’t properly tested and it’s been like this for weeks - DO NOT BUY ONE.

App Crashes often since new update
I’d Never had a problem with my lock for two years until this new update. Now every time I try to unlock my storage unit, the app crashes.😡😡 You all need to update & fix the app ASAP. & yes I’ve done the troubleshooting steps... I’ve tried deleting & re downloading the app & I’ve tried closing & refreshing it. I would like to be able to get into my things when I need to.😑

Worked great for a month, now my app crashes on opening
Nope. Hard no.
I was soooo excited to get this for Christmas. I hv Bluetooth and smart everything so I really wanted one for the locker at the gym. Well......on my iPhone X, running current software, even though this was in my Bluetooth settings. It would never connect. Even after pushing green light, even after it was connected to blue tooth and even the battery would drop 10% every time. Used it 4x and battery is at 38%. The customer care is a joke too. I emailed them 3x. Only one response only asking for my details. Gave details and never heard back. I hate that their customer care is non existent. If selling a product, have support line. I was so nervous that one time I would have it locked with my car keys and everything and it wouldn’t respond to unlocking and I sound have to cut the bolt. Do not buy.

Not bad at all
This is a pretty good app, but I do have some suggestions. I wish that I, as a lock owner, could give other users the power to share virtual keys. I'm using this in a business setting, so I'd like to give a manager the power to give out virtual keys without giving up my ownership status on the lock. Some more flexible scheduling settings would be nice as well.

Good lock and easy to use app- only downside is it's missing an Apple Watch app. Can't bring my phone with me into swimming pool!

This app works better than some of the others I have tried. Very simple to use and like how it just pops open the lock.
Great App but needs Apple Watch App
In order to make this really useful there needs to be an Apple Watch app. After a work out I grab my towel from my locker and lock it back up. I don't want to bring my phone to the showers with me.
