Rubbish
My trust has moved over to this from patchwork. The medical director had informed we could anticipate a better user experience. Nonsense. None of my old WLI shifts have appeared from patchwork and the managers can’t seem to add them. I don’t need this!
Best lastest app
Since I have this app I always have problem, over and over with the old system I didn’t have any problem, late payment etc
Junk system
Absoluely junk system . I would not advise any hospital to work with Locum nest . Time sheet processing is very time consuming

Unable to get help
The app is geared for self application to hospital bank. I can just do that via calls to the hospital as that’s the only way to get help anyway. So what’s the point. Waste of time. Don’t bother.
Glitchy and crashes constantly despite updating
Not reliable. Claims to make working shifts easier, adds so much frustration

I phone and emailed too. Nobody to assist. Application doesn’t upload anything from files or photos.
Requested to take a selfi and I did it again even though was wel cantered. I believe it was the passport photo the problem but not able to take new photo as not option to do it.
I tried to complete the description which is a pain to do and it is not even saved.
Better to apply in the web if allowed but I already tried to log in and requested to download application in library computer. Terrible experience.

Does not work
I have had nothing but problems with this app, it fails to load properly tells me I don’t have permission to log into my own account and despite emailing the help team I haven’t even had confirmation that they are looking into it.
