It replaces paper prep lists and printed recipe binders with a single tool the kitchen team carries on their phones. PREP CHECKLIST — See today's menu at a glance, with ingredient quantities automatically scaled to the day's guest count. Check off prep steps as you go, and see who completed each one. RECIPE BOOK — Every lodge recipe in one place, with ingredients and instructions that scale automatically to any guest count. Print a formatted recipe or prep sheet directly from your phone. MENU PLANNING — Build the week's menu meal by meal, or apply a saved template for a standard dinner service. Dietary and allergy alerts surface automatically when a guest with a restriction is on property. GROCERY LISTS — A shopping list generated automatically from the week's planned menu, with duplicate ingredients merged and quantities totaled. Add pantry staples from a saved catalog, pin ad-hoc items, and save a shopping list to check off items as you shop. This app requires a Lodge OS staff account issued by Montana Fly Fishing Lodge. It is not intended for use by lodge guests or the general public.
