GARBAGE app that doesn’t work
This app does not allow me to create an account after hundreds of attempts of playing around with it trying to figure out what the writers did wrong. USELESS app!!!! Logan’s my advice to you is taste test your food and test your apps. Angry apps will eventually lead to less customers because Longhorn n Texas apps work n have just as good food.

Non functioning app
The developers need to update this app to work properly. It only loads to white screen, when it does load will not advance.
Outdated App
I had the same problems too trying to register, but Logans Roadhouse has a new app called “Logan’s Rewards”. Download this, and it will work like a charm!
Might as well just go eat out
This app makes it impossible to even look at a menu without turning on your location. You can do anything on the app unless you go in your settings to let it do whatever it asks. Not worth the download or the visit.
Terrible App
There are many issues with the app. I could never even select the store that’s in my home town. It’s as if it doesn’t exist as a store location. And since I couldn’t choose the restaurant near me, I could never even sign up for an account. Logan’s website is just as painful to navigate. Better to go in person or call over the phone.

Bogus App!!
The real Logan’s Roadhouse App is called Logan’s Rewards. This app needs to be removed from the App Store!!
Unable to create account
I just tried 4 separate times to create an account on this app, but it will not. I wanted to use it to get on the wait list. Guess I will go to TRH

Don’t bother, doesn’t work
Over 2 years old, no dev updates, doesn’t work with iOS 14+. Should be removed from the store.
Beyond bad
I’ve never had this app even finish loading. I’m lucky if the menu button shows up and even then there’s no content on any of the pages. The login button usually doesn’t function and no amount of restarting fixes it. Utterly worthless.
Worthless App
1st to see a location you MUST give access to app for YOUR location. Can’t search by city or zip or have a map in the app…ok 2nd no Pre Check in availability on the app. So I guess since I am driving 45 min to restaurant I end up with a 20-30 min wait…then 45 min to get food and eat it’s 3+ hours to go out and over pay for over priced food…at least give a “on the way” check in like EVERY other restaurant I frequent does…worthless cheap app. So much so I decided to eat elsewhere.

Setting up reward app
After spending so much time trying to get set up on reward account I am giving up this one is terrible
Doesn’t work.
When it opens it does so to an almost blank screen other than their logo at the top and the lines on the upper left for options. Then when trying to register it won’t allow me to complete it. It just stays on that screen and doesn’t move forward. Waste of time.
Does not work
This app does not work! I can’t even login …. Can’t reset the password. Terrible. Please fix this app. I’m a Logan’s Roadhouse fan and eat there often
