Logbook usage
I received Logbook Pro subscription from a friend of mine back in the 90s. It has always served me very very well. I am very very thankful and appreciative of the great layout of the logbook categories. I greatly appreciate the prompt, efficient and accurate tech support that is provided. Thank you.

Perfect
I am have been using this log for a very g time. In and out of different types weekly, can be a handful, especially insurance time for pilot history updates. Using different agents with all the different companies, very helpful filling in the blanks. Using IPad while out, sync to cloud(only hope cloud holds up) then sync to my master log whenever I get home. So far seamless, as long as we do our part and actually input times. I really havenβt been searching for another app, at least not in the past decade or so. Keep up Lookbook Pro all the good work. I have heard I. The past couple of weeks maybe some hacking going on. I didnβt receive any email over it from the company, and canβt tell when I did log in if any data went missing. If so can someone explaine on ihere and catch me up? Thanks all

Excellent Customer Service
Been using logbook pro for over 20years and the customer service and support is great! Always trying to make it more user friendly as things in aviation evolve!
Decent Function, Terrible Support
I have been using Logbook Pro for coming up on 20 years. Overall, it was great from the start. However, it has become a bit clunky and inefficient. To make matters worse, it takes 2 or 3 attempts just to get them to reply to emails. I will give LogTen Pro a test drive and probably switch.
Dishonest
The owner refused to refund what was ordered by mistake. He told me I shouldn't have ordered it. True enough, but HORRIBLE customer service. As a career pilot, I can say with certainty he is definitely NOT respected in the aviation community. He was a washed up A-10 pilot.
