Turns a 20 second task into 10 minutes of clicking around
When using this app to fill in a screening form, it repeatedly goes to the patient profile info instead of the screening form. One needs to make multiple attempts (and by multiple I mean up to 50 or 60, not 2 or 3), open and close the app numerous times, and aimlessly click around until it - by chance - opens the screening form instead of asking one to edit edit patient profile info. I have spent as much as 20 minutes trying to fill in a simple form that should take 10-20 seconds because of this. When it does finally go to the screening form, it seems to do so arbitrarily; there is no method or sequence which works every time. It’s like playing roulette and just hoping you number comes up next time.
