Horrible app
I have read great things about Profmed, but this app is beyond useless.
Rather use their web portal on a laptop.
There are a lot of AI tools available to help out with app development. Or rather employ competent developers and not some shareholders nepotism child.

VERY POOR APP
Very poor app
Always has problems logging in, always had malfunctions of having to try again later, can’t add the card to apple wallet, the option is there but when you press, nothing happens

Awful UI. Like other reviewers, can’t get past the registration page because my profile exists but my password isn’t the one they have but also I can’t change it. Fire your app developer seriously. This can’t be the front face of any serious business. It reflects so badly when you’re ill to have to deal with such poor engineering by the insurer.
