New app works well
The new app includes a lot more functionality. Really easy to submit claims.
Profmed App
Congratulations on the updated app Profmed. The app works great and gives me real-time access to my Profmed membership. I love being able to view my membership card and benefit limits at the touch of a button. Cant wait to try the new digital face scan. Keep up the good work.
Can’t upload claims
I find it very problematic that you can’t submit a claim on the app, with an iPhone, when that is the whole point of the app! I see another user complained of this over a year ago and nothing has been done about it. Please fix this!

Update glitch
This app worked perfectly before the update.
Updated version:
Screen1: had to fill in member no and ID numbers again: I get message that no profile exists for this user and that I must register!
So I sighed and attempted the registration process.
Screen 2: had to enter my username and password. I then got an error message that there already exists such a profile!!
The app in its present form is not useable to me.

Hopeful but useless
I get a notification “star” but bugger me if I can find the communication that is so important to read.

New app forces me to re register.
When try register it tell me my details are already registered .
Call centre defuse to let me talk to IT department.
