It Varies
Before I start this review, I wanted to let everyone know I am on an iPad miniature running 12.5.8 so based on my iOS, And your iOS, results May vary. But immediately upon launching the app I am a permanent screen time set up because this is a work iPad I get to the screen time screen and then the entire app crashes so developer please let me know if this is based on my iPad model and iOS or if this is just a temporary glitch that happened with the new update.

This app feels dated and not up to date. There are many bugs like it not syncing to my calendar even when I press the button to do so. There should a feature that automatically syncs your schedule to your Apple or Google Calendar.

Issue with Availability
Whenever I try to set availability hour requests, it resets the time to “12 am to 12 am” every day. It has been like this for a long time. This is completely unacceptable. One star.

This app hasn’t worked for me since the last update. Please fix it.
Fixed scheduling
It be nice to put a note or something in for my correct time. So my manger or payroll knows. Instead of it being fixed because management isn't ever at work or fixing my time so they don't get red flagged and I "don't get over paid". How is that fair? I worked certain hours, I expect to be paid for. If I'm over that doesn't mean adjust it so y'all don't get in trouble for my overtime pay.

This app needs a lot of work . it logged me out and now I can’t get back in.It doesn’t recognize my password or username it’s very frustrating dealing with all the glitches
App not working
Using this app is an endless loop of trying to click buttons such as registering, and the drop-down menu doesn’t work. There are no options for question one but question one is required.
Why pause audio?
Why pause audio/video upon opening the app? It’s pretty annoying.
Most unfriendly app
Many of employees I talked to have difficulty using this app! I work at a grocery store that not everyone has an engendering degree! This app does not send notifications when there is a new schedule update!!?
Useless sync
The app only syncs the current week at a time. My employer has us scheduled 2 weeks out and I can only see it when I open a lagging buggy app. Other apps are so much better, allowing easier integration with apple and google calendars. Other apps let you subscribe and they will sync continuously and update as the weeks pass. This looks like a lazily designed prototype that never got completed.

It’s confusing sometimes and it would be nice if there was a feature where you get notified of any schedule changes that have been made.

My employer uses this system for personnel management. From my perspective it has been horrible. I had to de install it because some glitches in the system knocked me out and now I can’t re install it. Please up grade it to where a regular person (ie someone who doesn’t have a computer science PHD) can use it!

Why no more Sync to Calendar?
Why would that function ever be removed??
It was kinda shoddy half the time but eventually it would sync completely and so very helpful.
But now without this function I have to manually add and adjust all the shifts and everything else and it's annoying and time consuming

No calendar sync? Seriously?
A very basic functionality that all scheduling apps have is the ability to sync with your chosen device calendar. The fact this functionality doesn’t exist within this app is unacceptable.

Glitchy Strange and Messy
First off, stop pausing background media like music streaming services or youtube's mini player when the app is opening. The app plays no sound, there is no need to interrupt my music and make me press play again.
