This is a great app for maintaining accountability for my company’s narcotic boxes. Much better then the paper and pen with a few extra steps to make sure no discrepancies happen!
Fine if it works
This is slightly easier than manually counting with a checklist, however most of the time it freezes when scanning and has to be force closed and reopened 10-5 to scan 2 boxes. Would not use if given a choice.

Keeping things simple
Being able to just scan the drugs has made inventory control and verification so much simpler. I would rather scan my meds than scan my groceries.

Way better than paper
Like all new things in the fire house we complained about something new.. This app is actually very user friendly. Checking off meds when coming on shift is simple. Easier to keep people accountable for the controlled meds. Annnd if you have a problem with the app reach out to the company and they will get back to you shortly.

Avoid
New iphone cameras pick up too much data to work well. The small qr scanner in the middle is a gimmick.

Thanks for your feedback. We have updated the app to use the ultra wide camera for phones that support it. The app will now ignore any codes outside of the scan area.
This app is terrible.
The worst thing to happen to narcotics log tracking to date.
Constant camera errors, collecting random data and inputting the wrong medications. The small box with the qr scanner is all for show, it collects data outside of that as well.

Fabulous Product!!
LogRx is an incredible platform for ease of use and systemic tracking of controlled medications! Great Program
I’ve been a medic a long time and this is the best tracking program out there by far. Great customer service - I actually got to talk to real people (with an EMS background) when I needed help. Super easy to use. No extra equipment needed. We were up and running right away.
Super glitchy
We have been using this for several months at the agency I work for. I love the concept but the app is super glitchy. It kind of a toss up to see how many times it takes before it works and the labels they send aren’t the best. They come off super easy and they are hard to scan. I feel like this could be awesome but it needs some work.

Innovative product
Great idea and so very necessary in these days. Good way to integrate technology into the EMS world, streamline RX tracking, and ensure accountability. Departments should strongly consider adopting this into their procedural process.
