Worthless
Doesn’t update cars location. Doesn’t show active recalls. Not sure what it does besides cost money they won’t refund you when the app shows your car at a location you visited 2 weeks ago after you hit update location… don’t waste your money.
Car stolen, had best case scenario bc of LoJack
My car was stolen yesterday at 3am. Bc of LoJack, I was able to locate it by 6am when I woke up, and by 8am, I was with my vehicle again. I was able to find it faster than the police would have been able to (still filed the police report).
LoJack sent me to the *exact* address that it was left at. And bc I found it so fast, due to the LoJack, the thieves did not have an opportunity to strip it. It was in one piece, and literally all that needed to be fixed was the recalibration/key fob (thieves used some device to make my fob useless).
Yesterday was easily one of the most stressful days I’ve had in a while, however, thanks to LoJack, I still have my vehicle. It literally paid for itself multiple times over. 10/10 would recommend.

Vehicle location is out of date by more than 6 weeks

Needed assistance to register LoJack on my new car
After 3 mos, 6 visits to the dealership & Service appt to replace my LoJack unit they still could not help me get my account activated. Was finally referred to call LoJack directly. I spoke to a gentleman, Maurice J.
He was very patient & kindly guided me through steps to start the process all over, which was finally completed. This young man is very good at his job! If I could, I would give him 10gold stars 🌟and a raise. Thanks again Maurice!!

Inaccurate
The app doesn’t accurately locate the car in real time. There a lag between 5 mins to whole hours sometimes and the history isn’t as descriptive as i would think if your trying to locate a stolen car.. there has been time I know my car is not at a specific place and it still shows there for hours. I would not trust this if it was an emergency better off air tagging the car or installing your own tracking system

Car location not up to date
I used to love this app back in 2021 when it actually kept my cars location up to date… as of May 04 my cars location has not changed it’s now June 21st. In case of emergency this would be useless.

This app makes it where no one can steal your ram. I like that idea. 5 stars for such an idea.

Love the concept
I love LoJack. It would be great however, if we would receive a text when our car goes out of the geofence area. We could then react SOOOOOO MUCH FASTER if our car was stolen! Thank you.

App doesn’t show where my car is
I’ve been working with LoJack support for months! They’ve ghosted me for the past six weeks or longer, so I’m writing this review. The app doesn’t work at all for short trips of 2 miles or less. It works intermittently for trips of about 10 minutes. It works pretty well for longer trips.
When I’ve taken a short trip if 2 miles or less, the locator portion of the app cannot find my car. It usually takes a couple hours for my app to correctly show where my car is located!
