Security and PW problems
Weird activity on account from time to time. Always have to reset PW. When resetting PW, it won’t save and be inputted upon Face ID. And have to log in manually. Very annoying.
Good E-Bank App
Does a decent job of e-banking. I like the security of the text message when a charge drafts from my account. And being able to schedule foreign travel
Logging on
Constant Issue with logging in. Even with facial recognition enabled the site states user or pw is wrong. Would change pw to gain access but same error message occurs

Error is always occurring, yet management is always working on the issue so they say… will be changing bank very soon because of these reoccurring errors… I just want to check my account jeezs…
Annoying banner
Upon logging in that annoying lengthy banner on the top is so useless. You should have something that says alert and then a drop-down to that message. I have to scroll all the way down just to view my accounts. Also, it is super annoying to have to verify via text message or a phone call just to use the bill pay feature. Also, you need to update the finance section where you can link other accounts. It consistently keeps crashing. Lōkahi, you have some work to do to bring this app current.

App Not Working
I can’t log into my account through the app.

this bank is perfectly fine, but it’s the app that bothers me. the amount of times the app has been down and i haven’t been able to access my bank is insane.

App Update Broken Login with FaceID
I am no longer able to log in using the FaceID credentials. I was able to do this for the past 4 years. This device is registered, and logging in is now a hassle. Thanks a lot.

It’s difficult working on the app. It gives me error and no feedback to solve it.
HDCU Directory
Had problems contacting front desk! The directory guided me everywhere except front clerk. I couldn’t setup my PIN using mobile app!

Logging in
It would be fine if facial recognition wouldn’t stop working every third time I log in causing me to remember my 700th 16 character password that requires 2 upper case 1 lower case and a special symbol that can only be ¥, {, /, or £.

It had a problem this far. The 800 number helped alleviate issues registering. The app seems to be working fine and it’s both a relief for myself and for your representatives, because I don’t have to call anymore to make a transfer.
