The app doesn’t work properly
Sometimes the news article doesn’t open properly. Sometimes the app closes down automatically.
Poor app
Even though I am a paid member this app that I got is awful. Very difficult to search and find articles. Many articles on web portal are not easily available in the app.
App is crashing while reading
I am regular reader of Loksatta. I have been using this app whenever I am abroad otherwise I always buy hard copy of this newspaper. For last 8to 10 days I am unable to read online as I am in USA. App is crashing repeatedly. Please guide me to fix this problem. Thanks
App issues
The news, DOnt load quickly. The app keeps asking for submitting reviews frequently. Also, it almost forces to turn on notifications every time I use the app. All this is far away from a Swift news reading experience. Sometimes it keeps showing news that are 20 days, 25 days, 30 days old. Limiting some news only for premium subscribers is another nuisance. However, this part is understandable considering commercial aspect. But why should I pay when the app experience is not good?

Letter to Editor
This app doesn’t have a tab to write a letter to Editor. At least they can mention some email id, where you can write a feedback / opinion.
