The app doesn’t work properly
Sometimes the news article doesn’t open properly. Sometimes the app closes down automatically.
Poor app
Even though I am a paid member this app that I got is awful. Very difficult to search and find articles. Many articles on web portal are not easily available in the app.
App is crashing while reading
I am regular reader of Loksatta. I have been using this app whenever I am abroad otherwise I always buy hard copy of this newspaper. For last 8to 10 days I am unable to read online as I am in USA. App is crashing repeatedly. Please guide me to fix this problem. Thanks
App issues
The news, DOnt load quickly. The app keeps asking for submitting reviews frequently. Also, it almost forces to turn on notifications every time I use the app. All this is far away from a Swift news reading experience. Sometimes it keeps showing news that are 20 days, 25 days, 30 days old. Limiting some news only for premium subscribers is another nuisance. However, this part is understandable considering commercial aspect. But why should I pay when the app experience is not good?

Letter to Editor
This app doesn’t have a tab to write a letter to Editor. At least they can mention some email id, where you can write a feedback / opinion.

Commercialised App and Not News app anymore
I am using loksatta since 4-5 years now because other apps were already commercialised. Sorry my post is late but this app is source of money for you guys now and not a reporting app anymore..
On top of that, you started charging money for so called premium accout.. wow..!

Everytime the epaper has loading issues especially Mumbai. Hope they work on it.

E paper read mode
In e paper mode, when you click on any portion say वाचकांची पत्रे then it should be displayed as single continuous column and not image. Image needs to be zoomed again and again for reading

I am a reader of Loksatta since H.R. Mahajani era and proud being one.
Get stuck
Hi this app has two major issues 1. Not get updated frequently, shows old news 2. Get stuck and force users to enable the notification. The pop up has no option to reject the suggestion
Poor experience
Loksatta app was fine earlier but there is something seriously wrong with the app. First it doesn’t render the whole news content then it keeps refreshing and content partially disappears. You cannot read the whole news in one go. Very irritating, annoying and frustrating experience. Hire good developers to build a better experience please.

Since last 25 years, I have been reading Loksatta. Loksatta stayed firm during different Governments tenure. It never compromised its principles.

Not good for reading epaper
Has become worse for reading epaper. Puravani reading is impossible. Every time it goes back to main paper. Zooming in out is tricky. Have to read epaper on desktop.
