I updated this seems like a short time ago. I tried to place an order yesterday during cyber Monday and noticed a discrepancy in amounts ordered. Every time I tried to edit it added even more bottles to my order. Now it is just out of hand. So I think I missed my discounts. I love the syrups but not liking the hassle when ordering. I had lots of difficulty with my last order too. This time AGAIN I have to redownload app and start all over. Not a pleasant experience.

Never received product
I regularly ordered from Lollicup-Store until they shorted me 3 bottles of syrup. When I sent a support request I only received a list of topics “that may help.” They did not. They suggested that even though the boxes were y damaged, that we should have kept the UPS Driver here, while we unpacked it. NO UPS Driver will do that unless the package is DAMAGED. I have received NO OTHER COMMUNICATION from anyone & there are no phone numbers to call to inquire. KEEP YOUR MONEY & ORDER ELSEWHERE! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Been using for years…
The app states they no longer ship to my address. I’ve been ordering every 2-3 months for the last 3+ years and now I have to find another supplier.
New app
The new app does not have an option for shipping. Just delivery or pick up, so it will not let me order. I went to website and it won’t process any type of payment.
