Terrible Customer Service!
I had just started ordering from what appeared to be an answer to my prayers getting my business off the ground. My first order was for 5 lbs of mini marshmallows which we go through a lot of and then about a week or so later I decided to order the 8 pound version of the same mini marshmallows, but when they arrived they were clearly the same amount I received in my 5 pound order so I wrote to customer service and was asked to provide photos of what I received and I happily complied and sent the required photos and then a couple of days ago I received another response for photos presented in a different way and by this time I had had it! I mean we're talking about an order worth about $40 and I was at the time compiling a long list of other items I needed to order but after the last response where they were basically implying that I was being dishonest, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you are going to haggle with a new customer over 3 pounds of marshmallows then I can only imagine how they would respond to a much larger issue! I think I'm mostly offended by the second response for more photos because we've OBVIOUSLY been using said marshmallows to the point where it was time to place an order order, but Lord have mercy! I will NEVER order anything from this place again!!

Oatly milk issues
We have consistently had oatly milk delivery issues and there has not been a convenient method to address except through the chatbot. The latest order delivery arrived with two of four 12 packs destroyed. Tried to resolve multiple times leaving me completely frustrated.

I really like the brand and price. However, Shipping is costly for the Narvon brand.
App is glitchy
I can’t count the number of times the app logged me out or cleared my cart before I was finally able to check out.
