Just with regards to the app and its function, nothing To do with the products/prices/quality/shipping/etc. it’s very difficult to use. Everything is very inaccurate, filters are especially irrelevant or broken or whatever the term may be, no matter what I’ve typed into search, none of it shows results. Just terribly challenging. But if you’re lucky enough to see what you needed on the website then from that point forward I’d give 5 stars.

I bought a metal shelves from their web. The item comes as a Joke. Small like toy! ‼️ definitely not the side web described. After I contact with customer service. They let me wait 1-2 business days. I did. Then never get any update from them. Then I contact again. The APP like died stay with same customer service person whatever what u type. No response no any update. Then I change to another way to ask return the item. Then never get any update. They keep sending email which I sent for ask return. Do not order from this web. Totally scam. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️.
