You get your moneys worth. I’ve purchased 4 tools/items and they all work great. Economic prices for when you’re in a pinch. Also recommend setting up an account for discounts and tracking your package

Great
Multiple purchases
In general I have purchased many items from Vevor.
Pipe press tool, chain saws sockets, pliers, powerwasher extension pole kit and others. I must admit the Quality is very good and have had great results with all items! Shipping is super fast. Drawback, If something needs a part it might be difficult to get from them

VEVOR Products
100% satisfied with all my VEVOR equipment and tools so far and look forward to more purchases for my businesses.
Great saw
Bought this as a back up to my Echo timber wolf. It’s awesome. Great chain and bar. Cuts great. Can’t believe it was so cheap.
Will not start fresh out of the box.
No amount of pulling on the handle is going to get this thing to start. The engine brake and on switch are in the correct positions. The damper lever is pulled. It has ethanol free gas and the correct break in gas:oil 2 cycle oil ratio. It was dead on arrival.
Barn Door
My box was delivered, and I noticed the box was damaged. After unpacking, I did not notice any damage until I put the door together. I contacted Vevor, and without hesitation, they resolved the issue!!! I am incredibly happy with the quality of the product, and even happier with the customer service, care and understanding that I received! Thank you Vevor!!!

The men’s Amazon
Previous orders
All tooling and material I’ve purchased through Vevor has arrived in a timely manner at a very fair price. Living in Hawaii, this is a very rare occurrence!
INCOMPETENCE
3 weeks waiting to learn that their dropshipping system is in error and don’t have the product I have ordered. If I wouldn’t nag them I could have waited forever. Now they say they don’t have the product and looking to refund in 15 days making my earlier purchases of an expensive machine and parts completely useless. AVOID DUE TO THE Irresponsibility !

Help Please??
It would be great if you would install some preference options like: sorting items into a cheapest to most expensive list as well as the other options that most good apps have. I opened a fall sale notification and the prices are all over the place. I looked a little and gave up - I’m not wasting my time going through who knows how many items trying to find ones I can actually afford. With the holidays coming up, hoping you can do it sooner rather than later. I like your products - I don’t like wasting my time. I probably would have made some purchases already if the app weren’t so frustrating. Thanks.
**BTW, it would be great if you moved the star rating towards the top of the product page so it’s easily seen instead of having to scroll down to find it. Another waste of time because I generally (as I’m sure a lot of people do not) won’t buy something with a low rating. The rating should be upfront and easily seen. Thank you.

Ice machine
10 days ago mice machine flashed a E4 code. I’m having a very hard time getting this resolved. The ice machine is four months old still under full warranty. They are wanting me to send the machine back at my cost, which is unacceptable bad customer service.
