I have purchased several items from VEVOR this past couple of years. Every product I’ve bought has been great quality and works great! Now when I see stuff on Amazon or pop up adds, I go to VEVOR app to see if they have it too. I prefer to purchase VEVOR.

Huge selection of products, good prices and what I’ve bought so far has been great quality. It would be nice to know when the table saw mitre gauge will be back in stock though. They must be popular because they’re always out of stock!

Terrible delivery
I live 200 kms north of Prince George and Amazon can deliver the next day from Burnaby but your delivery service (UPS) can’t make it in a week.

Auto play videos at full sound while scrolling. You can’t turn that off.

Unfortunate, as the less I can look at the app, the less likely I am to buy more of their stuff. Indirectly killing their customers with annoying videos and sound 🤷♀️

Multi tool kit
I have everything put together and it cranked and ran perfectly. The only downside I have saw so far. Is that it is heavy. I wanted heavy duty because of what I would be doing with it so for the size Motor you expect it to be a little heavy. If I was just using it around the yard I would probably recommend going with one of the smaller sizes because I’m sure it would still do your. Things you need done but just a lot lighter. Still an excellent by for the money. I bought the extended warranty just in case I had problems just in case I had problems down the line, but I hope I never have to use it lol

No “how to use”instructions included!
I have no idea how to proceed after putting the unit together. No clear instructions as to how to check the pH of the water how to add fertilizer in what ratio and which fertilizer to add? I am so disappointed with this purchase. Also the sponges included are TOO small for were they are suppose to go, so they just fall to the bottom. Total hassle!

Don’t bother contacting the customer service for replacement blades to purchase. You’ll get an email days later asking for a video of the problem. There is no problem machine works fine blades are dull after heavy use I wanted to buy more. What good does a video do of a dull blade
No Customer Service
Forget getting to speak with a customer service representative. Instead, you will spend forever providing AI with the same information over and over and over until they tell you a human will now assist you (finally) but the human never shows up.
