App wont scan instore clearance AGAIN
Back to app wont stay in store and show in store prices. Sometimes it will show online prices then jump to an html camera scan which results in nothing scanned again. When they finally fix it i always refuse tonupdate until forced to which always results in back to wont scan in store items again. So annoying. More focused on being used as a cart tracker rhan price scanner. Online prices dont match in store…

Garbage
Can’t speak to anyone on customer service or you waste over an hour talking to AI that does everything in its power to not connect you to an actual human. I applied for the store card and a year later they opened up a credit card WITHOUT my authorization. The app is garbage, it doesn’t even show your subscriptions accurately. Use Chewy if you’re going to subscribe to anything, it’s less expensive and easier to work with and will show you ALL of your active subscriptions.

I have had so much trouble for more than a year, ordering on your website. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. But I have no problem ordering on any other website so I think perhaps your website could be revamped to be more user friendly. Just my opinion, I like your products and would like to continue buying from your store, but I do have other options at local stores in town and I’m really frustrated with your website.

Love the people at my Tractor Supply. Answering questions and if they don’t have the answer they will work to get it. Not a lot of places that do that. My Quarter Horse is important to them that means a lot. Keep up the good work TS.
Terrible app-worst on my phone
Use the app to pay on your account- good luck. Won’t even sign you in. Try to pay without signing in and they never send you a verification code. Search bar: type in your search & nothing happens - nowhere is there a search button only an X which cancels the search. Even their employees tell you that they are terrible about tech. Guess I’ll have to keep going to a store to pay on account
