Slow function
When this app isn’t freezing and randomly closing itself, it runs incredibly slowly. I will add items to my cart, just for the cart to empty on a whim. It’s very difficult to use with these issues.
App barely works
The app is always crashing and often doesn’t let me check in for pickups.
App is unusable
App freezes constantly and you have to reboot only to have it happen again and again. Frustrating, please fix!

This is the most user unfriendly app ever

This app, just like their website, is the slowest loading thing I use. Need to lay off all the graphical effects or something.
We like your store(s) and patriotism, but WHY does your software and website lock up so much. No other stores have SO much going on. HD, Lowe’s, Costco, Menards, etc etc, they all load and run fine. TC just sits and bogs. Immensely frustrating.
I thought the app would be better than the site but it’s a lot of the same. I like TC hence 2-stars, but this app sucks

Constant Updates
Constant updates and even more annoying is that once you download it EVERY SINGLE thing you try to open that has to do with Tractor Supply can only be viewed from the app. So it hijacks your web searches and then refuses to let you view them until you update the app. Which is literally every time!!! I hate it.

Great store lousy app
Using iphone 16 and had to enter every field four times before it would allow me to check out. Requires a 4 digit year for cc expiration unlike every other checkout on the internet. Wants you to verify your corrected address but blocks the popup verification screen unless you close the app and then go back in. Took almost 30 minutes to checkout with just one item trying to find out what the app needed and every change required re-entry of cc info.

Horrible app
This app sucks. It takes forever to load, freezes, at least one item from every order gets cancelled because it’s “not available anymore”, and not about the app, but seriously tractor supply your shipping fees are ridiculous. I live in a smaller town so tractor supply is one of the few stores we actually have so I don’t always have a choice but to shop or order from there.

I’m having trouble logging in to manage my account. There must be a glitch in the app.
Laggy
Everything about this app is so slow it constantly crashes can never seem to find what im searching for even if I have looked it up before. Im so sick of these store apps being pushed and they never have the correct inventory
miss leading information
The sign said 75% off shrubs flowers and then then told us it was full price and to read the fine print on the sign. There was no fine print on the sign. The only reason they didn’t give it to us 75% off was because it was still alive a little bit not for 20 dollars was barely holding on by a thread and did not seal us the shrubs, which was on the sign.very upsetting bout ruined my whole day very disappointed.😓

Awful experience
Login fields aren’t set up right so my password autofill pops up. Second, I can’t search for multiple words… it just combines the words into a single word. I don’t know who made this app, but it’s awful.
Useless
I don’t understand what happened but this last week I can’t get the app to load anything when I search for items. I’ve uninstalled, updated etc. nothing is working.

for me to check out, I put everything in and it would not let me check out. But at that point if I go back and then go forward it will let me check out. It’s not a matter of putting anything new in. It’s just a glitch in your system
App bricked after update
As of 7/13/26 your app as been bricked since the last update. I cannot search for the items I usually purchase just getting a blank screen. This app has never been smooth and has always had glitches but now it’s ABSOLUTELY useless. App will open as usual, but any search leads to a white screen! Developer link just loops back to main TS homepage which again goes white! What a waste of my time!!

Slow Searching
App has everything needed for mobile shopping. But the product search function is consistently extremely slow which leads me to use other retailers.
Crashing app
It crashes all the time. I can’t order anything on the fly cuz it never loads. Boooo
The Worst App I Have
I don't know what on earth is going on with this app, but I have the worst luck with it! At first, I would have issues when I went to checkout. So I Googled how to fix the problem. I had to delete the app and completely start over with it. It was working okay for about a month, but now it won't even search for anything. It just acts like it will and freezes. I have to delete the app again and reinstall it. If I didn't have a farm that relied on the items they sell, then I would delete it and forget it. But I unfortunately have to have this app!

Great Store, terrible app
The shipping/pick up options are terrible. It only allows shipping from the selected store and will not let you chose a different option.
Wont load
We need a better update for this app. I try to look things up for customers, or for myself, and it shows a white screen for minutes. This is embarrassing and gets awkward sitting there in silence with the customer watching.
