App difficulty
Wish I could figure it out
App was not friendly.
Any time I tried to search for a product the screen would go blank. I was forced to use the ai function to search.
SUCKS!!!
Every single time I get in the app (about 10 seconds in) it drops to a blank page and I have to start all over with my search! Update this app because it's horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bombs and forced to start over
While shopping, the whole screen turns white and I have to start the entire process over. It’s like TSC makes so much money. They don’t want any of mine.

Constantly glitching and needing to restart, or just crashing on its own.
Glitching a lot
Yesterday and today when using this app it keeps glitching out when I’m scrolling through products which requires me to re submit what I was looking for. Made it hard to get anywhere.
Terrible
I have placed an auto ship. First order was delivered with no problems, (1 bag of dog food) 2nd order sent me an email that my order is ready for pickup, I changed it back to delivery and they sent me 2 bags of dog food and charged me for 2. I then set up an auto ship for wet food and just realized that it didn’t give me the discount!! They said it’s a computer glitch! T.C. Needs to fix their system!

Always slow and has glitches and goes blank
Pain in the butt
I use this app monthly and there is always delays and it’s not clear in some instances whether things are at the location or not. The app lags and cuts out when you are looking for an item, the screen goes white and you have to start in the search bar again to find where you were. I never review apps, but this one has always been a pain. It’s been years now.

Poor App
This app glitches constantly. It charged me 3 times for an order and didn’t even submit it. It’s very difficult to see what is in stock at multiple stores because it doesn’t list them correctly
Spotty App
I had to do the same search multiple times because the app is so glitchy. Do better!
Keeps blanking to white
App keeps going to a white screen when I do a search and it’s very frustrating. I’d like to place an order for my husband to pick up today and don’t have time for this!
Constant clocking
When using the app it constantly clocks and when I select an item to view the go back button takes me all the way to the beginning of the products instead of taking me back so I can continue scrolling where I left off.

CONSTANT glitching. Hard to do pick up orders. Have to refresh the app nonstop, and it’s really frustrating.

You’ve got to fix that. It runs super slow and is super frustrating. It doesn’t allow you to shop online anymore. It redirect you to the app now. online runs much smoother, Much simpler. I don’t have to wait for minutes literally for a product to load. I love that. It tells me how many of the items you have in stock now, but it would be nice that if I’m going into the store, it would tell me its location. additional the staff in the Bartow Florida store are Excellent especially Miss Madison, always super warm always remembers your name makes you feel welcome goes above and beyond and she deserves that credit.
