Messed up after update…
Like numerous others report, search for something and it spins and spins….

Worst app ever
App is slow. It is not intuitive. Very difficult to use rewards at checkout. I was able to navigate a couple of times, but then it changed the pathway. I’ve not been able to use it since. Very inconsistent.
Fence
Tried several times to pull up fencing supplies and app would not pull it up

Can’t never get the app to load, I’ve updated my phone and the app. I’m not the only one having this problem. Try searching something and it just freezes.

Wasted an hour changing a forgotten password that works on the email page but not when I open the app. Made my list of the WORST 10 apps I have ever encountered. Congratulations.
The app sucks
It does not work. If it does it is surprising. Love tractor supply but this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever had.

Loading page takes forever and seems to have bugs with the glitching.
Newest Update
The newest update 8-13-26, claims to fix “bugs” and yada yada, when in fact my app doesn’t work at all now, so update at your own risk. Gave it 1 ⭐️ because zero isn’t an option.
App doesn’t load
App doesn’t load pages and unable to even sign in without resulting in error.
Don’t bother
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It’s so complicated and confusing. You can’t order two of anything at one time. It freezes and you have to reboot. Orders are not wiped out after they are bought or delivered. If you want anything delivered it takes forever or it changes your store location.

What is the point
Never works, never loads.
Does a human search the DB?
When I search an item in app or website it takes almost a full minute to get a response, then the screen refreshes and starts over. Make me wonder if a human has to drive to the barn to check stock. The amount of revenue you have lost from me alone would partially fund the development to resolve. I might have other complaints but the app and website is so unusable I don’t know what they would be.

Crashes
A simple search crashes and screen locks up
I love TS, but DESPISE THEIR WEBSITE AND THE APP
I spend far too much money at ts, theyre less than 2miles away. They have lost a fair amount of my business to lowes/hd simply because the website is atrocious. It will not work, constantly locks up, tries far too hard to predict everything i type. The app used to do a little better, but today...i cannot get either to work. So annoyed I went to LOWES and had fence supplies delivered. I keep hoping they get it figured out. SIMPLIFY it maybe, I think the sites are trying to do too much in the background. It is ludicrous to have a site that works like this for such a big company. You can do better.

Zip Code Required???
I’m visiting Florida from Arizona. In order for me to locate a local store, I have to know what the zip code is for my current location. I have no flipping idea!!! Thumbs down for this app!!!
Unstable app
Cart malfunctions so badly that you can’t even check out. Force closing the app doesn’t resolve the issue
Clunky
The app is not very user friendly. It took me 45 minutes to place an order for 3 items.
