Terrible Customer Service!

I had just started ordering from what appeared to be an answer to my prayers getting my business off the ground. My first order was for 5 lbs of mini marshmallows which we go through a lot of and then about a week or so later I decided to order the 8 pound version of the same mini marshmallows, but when they arrived they were clearly the same amount I received in my 5 pound order so I wrote to customer service and was asked to provide photos of what I received and I happily complied and sent the required photos and then a couple of days ago I received another response for photos presented in a different way and by this time I had had it! I mean we're talking about an order worth about $40 and I was at the time compiling a long list of other items I needed to order but after the last response where they were basically implying that I was being dishonest, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If you are going to haggle with a new customer over 3 pounds of marshmallows then I can only imagine how they would respond to a much larger issue! I think I'm mostly offended by the second response for more photos because we've OBVIOUSLY been using said marshmallows to the point where it was time to place an order order, but Lord have mercy! I will NEVER order anything from this place again!!

Oatly milk issues

We have consistently had oatly milk delivery issues and there has not been a convenient method to address except through the chatbot. The latest order delivery arrived with two of four 12 packs destroyed. Tried to resolve multiple times leaving me completely frustrated.

Small business

The only hard thing is making a small business in a small town buy more then needed especially in winter when changes were made to the subscription plan. Instead of being able to purchase by the sleeve I had to buy a whole box

Really easy to use follow and check on current and past orders. It’s my Amazon for my restaurant type of app!! A must have!! Get the rewards card to save on shipping by signing up for the membership!!!

There is constant login prompt.

Every time, I close the app and go back, I’m prompted again for a new login. It’s not a good experience in that sense. Otherwise app is pretty good.

Aweful

You’ll get a bajillion pop ups to get plus for free shipping then do it and find out it’s only select items. The. Your out a couple hundred bucks and still get charged $100+ on shipping every time. Their greed sickens me.

Fake promises

Don’t buy anything from them every think is fake promise.I ordered something from them by mistake I order over item that time I was request for cancel but it was showing error than I talk with customer care that time only they refuse to cancel that item and said return that item just within five minute after ordering the didn’t cancel my order . Now I got that but they taking charges for return please don’t go with web restaurant
