Totally useless app. …. Reset my password at least 10 times and app works for 2 weeks and then starts kicking me out .. very frustrating and unprofessional ! Talked to LD Extras multiple times times as well at store and on phone .. Going to quit program as no satisfactions … like the store ! Too bad !

London Drugs puts a lot of effort into making sure there’s no way to sign in
App asks for the 10 digit member ID but refuses to recognize the number.
The forgot password link expects a member ID that is an email address and truncates it to 10 characters which is completely useless.
Company sends emails to the email address that the app refuses to accept.

Good app; but, this would make it better.
I use the app exclusively for refilling my Rx. Great time saver; however, if I am refilling multiple Rx, I make all my selections and it is not until I go to the last step that I am informed that one of my selections can’t be refilled till a later date, yet all the others go through. If the app could indicate the dates where the Rx is refillable then I could coordinate them better. Fewer trips for me, more consolidated work for the pharmacy.

Great store. Lousy app
Love the store. Our go to place for electronics and pantry goods. But LD’s app needs a serious overhaul… broken links, inventory updates are not correct. Forgets login details, and location placement always , always wrong!
Keeps locking me out of the pharmacy side
I want to look up which prescriptions need a refill from my Doctor. I am seeing her next week. The app keeps locking me out of the pharmacy side. I try resetting the password, and nothing. Into limbo land I go. I go to the pharmacy and they tell me to just logon, but I can’t. I will be going to the pharmacy to find out what prescriptions need to be renewed. Sigh. When the app works, very rarely, it works great.

Why does it even exist this stupid app? Nothing is functional! Everything is over complicated!!!
Extremely Unreliable
The basic design of this App is horrific and not the least bit user friendly. I have repeatedly been locked out of my account, specifically for the pharmacy side. It seems highly risky to try and combine two completely different apps into one.
Separate these and focus on making the pharmacy side reliable.

Absolutely useless
The *only* reason I even bothered downloading this app was to make refilling my prescriptions easier. But instead of just being able to enter the information off my latest refill, it asked for a photograph. And then I couldn’t upload the photo. Completely useless. Deleted.
Overly complex
You need to make extras, your incentive to shop a lot easier. Your system is stupid.
Painful authentication.
App is fine but the logging on is cumbersome especially after not logging in for a while. Please make it easier to login via sms or another authentication method
Can’t sign in
Extremely poor instruction such that I was unable to input a user name or password and there was no ready explanation as to why. Now that points are only redeemed through this app they are now effectively useless to me. Inconvenient and unhelpful.

This app keeps updating. Deleted, reinstalled, still updating 🤦♂️

App updates
Been trying for days keep updating the app and it keeps coming back where it hasn't been updated. I've tried reinstalling the app. Research says a lot of people have been having this problem fix it. It's annoying.

Very difficult app
Sign in is terrible & won’t ever work if you are in a LD store. Impossible sign in & can’t get my rewards.
The old program (years ago) worked at the till with your phone #. It was flawless.

I’d like to buy things online from your store but this app makes it impossible to shop. I went to another website just to make sure it wasn’t my phone. Nope!
I love your stores but why even have an app like this, you’d be better off without one than making your customers so annoyed to the point we’ll happily give our money to a retailer who makes shopping easy.

Online shopping challenges
The app needs a lot of work. It’s inconvenient that the app boots you to the browser for online shopping and even when logged in, you have to reset your preferred store. Images are painfully slow to load, and the scrolling functionality is faulty when trying to get to the description of the item and see the quantity available in-store. Online shopping feels clunky. It’s just not a pleasant experience on mobile.

Unreliable
Tried to re order my meds through app Was told there was a “glitch” when I called. As a result, missed my daily meds for three days! Unacceptable LD!!
