Totally useless app. …. Reset my password at least 10 times and app works for 2 weeks and then starts kicking me out .. very frustrating and unprofessional ! Talked to LD Extras multiple times times as well at store and on phone .. Going to quit program as no satisfactions … like the store ! Too bad !

London Drugs puts a lot of effort into making sure there’s no way to sign in
App asks for the 10 digit member ID but refuses to recognize the number.
The forgot password link expects a member ID that is an email address and truncates it to 10 characters which is completely useless.
Company sends emails to the email address that the app refuses to accept.

Good app; but, this would make it better.
I use the app exclusively for refilling my Rx. Great time saver; however, if I am refilling multiple Rx, I make all my selections and it is not until I go to the last step that I am informed that one of my selections can’t be refilled till a later date, yet all the others go through. If the app could indicate the dates where the Rx is refillable then I could coordinate them better. Fewer trips for me, more consolidated work for the pharmacy.

Great store. Lousy app
Love the store. Our go to place for electronics and pantry goods. But LD’s app needs a serious overhaul… broken links, inventory updates are not correct. Forgets login details, and location placement always , always wrong!
