Extremely Unreliable
The basic design of this App is horrific and not the least bit user friendly. I have repeatedly been locked out of my account, specifically for the pharmacy side. It seems highly risky to try and combine two completely different apps into one.
Separate these and focus on making the pharmacy side reliable.

Absolutely useless
The *only* reason I even bothered downloading this app was to make refilling my prescriptions easier. But instead of just being able to enter the information off my latest refill, it asked for a photograph. And then I couldn’t upload the photo. Completely useless. Deleted.
Overly complex
You need to make extras, your incentive to shop a lot easier. Your system is stupid.
Painful authentication.
App is fine but the logging on is cumbersome especially after not logging in for a while. Please make it easier to login via sms or another authentication method
Can’t sign in
Extremely poor instruction such that I was unable to input a user name or password and there was no ready explanation as to why. Now that points are only redeemed through this app they are now effectively useless to me. Inconvenient and unhelpful.
