You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple. Thank you

Бесполезная программа. Купил их обновление. Куча ненужной информации и ссылки на сторонние программы. Картами пользоваться не реально. Скриншоты ужасного качества.

The reason behind this is for travelers to be able to enjoy everything in an offline mode without paying for roaming charges while they travel. Even being able to use geolocalization capabilities such as GPS or Augmented Reality without being connected to your cell phone provider. Over all: London Travel Guide is okay, it's a good start. Would I use this for traveling to London? Probably not; especially if there is a better app out there.
