Great for everyone

Purchased the 3-day for three people and it was perfect! Gives you a total of nine times that you can visit over 100 attractions in NYC. So if one person decides to only go to two attractions, there are seven left! You don’t lose “one”. Each person is not locked in to use their own three. Awesome deal! Highly recommend.

Waste of money!!!

We used this app in Paris and it completely failed. We booked a three day pass but when we tried to use it on the third day, every place claimed that it had expired. We knew the rule, the first use starts the clock. We had that in mind for the things we wanted to do to make our money work for us. Starting Saturday, we should have been good thru Monday. Not the case. Also, there’s nothing that we could find on the website that indicated that you CAN’T actually use the pass in the app to get into places (the QR code). At Versailles, we tried to scan, “you have to download…” download what?? We headed to customer service and they worked hard to get the correct bar code downloaded. Props to them. We were then prepared for Orsay with the bar code pass download. When we tried to scan, fail. “You have a 2 day pass and it’s expired”. We had to pay full price for all the tickets of the things we thought we already had access to that day. I think this thing was $500. We maybe got $100 out of it. Absolute trash.
