Not letting me connect
The app is not letting me use the email to connect with my girls email tried both my emails and it did not wanna work either updated to where it’s automatically sync or I won’t use it at all

Cant even see the number of touches.
In my iPhone it only shows part of the page i can’t even see the number of likes or touches

I don’t know if we just got a bad batch or what, my bf got us these for valentine’s day, we set up the app and everything thing, the app to our individual bracelets work, like they’re connected and vibrate, but they’re not going through, like my vibrations aren’t going to him and vice versa.

App has to always be on
The app has to be on at all times for the devices to function.

So I bought this a couple days ago for me and my best friend and I was so excited. When I opened it, it had to charge obviously. And I tapped one of the bracelets to see if the other one vibrated and it didn’t. Then I saw that there was an app so I was like I can change the setting on there. I downloaded the app and I clicked on it, right when I got on the app it kicked me off and I couldn’t get on the app.

App isn’t working
I got these bracelets for Christmas and tried to get them connected to the app but the app won’t even open when I downloaded it, it just closes right away. I think the app just isn’t working which is a shame
Long distance bracelet
This product should be banned from Amazon. Stealing our money for a bracelet that does not work. An app that doesn’t exist because it’s “down” this is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe the App Store lets just anyone create apps now. Taking peoples money like this.

Got these for Christmas and the app won’t even let us make accounts just keeps saying error quality of the necklaces we got look good but pointless to keep if the app sucks and won’t let you use the product for the intended purpose let alone even just simply make an account we will be returning them

Absolute trash
This app shouldn't even receive one star. Took a dozen tries to create the account, another dozen tries to connect one bracelet, have tried 20+ times to connect the other bracelet and keep receiving "Network Error" every time. May return this product of it can't do the one thing it's designed to do! Trash.

DIDN’T LET ME LOG IN
I got the bracket and even with good wifi and internet, the app wouldn’t even let me log in! And if im just doing it wrong please tell me
App not working
Something that should take a few minutes to set up has caused me disaster on Christmas Day. Can’t even get passed the first step of setting up these necklaces. As soon as I download the app and put in my email and a nickname it says network error and won’t let me off of that screen. I know for a fact our network is fine. This app is trash. Been sitting here for two hours researching this app, the necklaces and the manufacturer to figure this out, and still have come up empty handed. Not thrilled with this.

i got this because i’m going to college and wanted to give something to my cousin. app will not let me login it will say there’s a network error when there’s not. the necklace will not even turn on or even charge. a waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!
