Latest MORE LONGOS APP issues (sigh)
SEP 9/26 UPDATE: now Flyer button doesn’t work. Doesn’t do any, no matter if in the app or website or via direct Google search. No error message, no concern this means losing business on a random business day. Other issues reported below not acknowledged or fixed either. Says app is “backed by family standards…”
This app has been awful since inception but I swear every new update breaks something new. As of now my correct login password is not accepted. Okay I will change it. Hours later promised change password email not received. And yes, def not in junk file. Repeat with no luck. Go to get contact info to email this issue to LONGOS. Link to report issues says not found. So their issues process even has issues. If this wasn’t a genuine business I’d find this funny at this point. But someone should tell the Longo’s family this is not helping their brand
Ps - great they allowed enlargement of their microscopic flyer print. But enlargement kicks you out of the flyer so wasn’t tested I guess, at least not for recent iPhones versions. Very on brand for this app to roll out changes that negate by not working

Rubbish app
Why Longo’s still keep this useless app? If you don’t maintain it properly just scrap it instead of wasting everybody’s time!

Whoever developed this app should lose their job. This app does not solve problems, but waste user’s time. Worst app experience ever.

The same issues are still happening after years of bad reviews. It invariably tells me that my user name and password don’t match and refuses to accept a rewards card. If you try asking about it in store you get a shocked face and “ nobody else is having problems”response. Not worth the hassle. I deleted the app and threw away my card.

Can’t remove from Lock Screen
The app does what it’s supposed to do but I hate that I can’t remove it from my locked screen! If I turn that option off then the card doesn’t come up on my quick access wallet, so I can only access it by unlocking my phone, opening my wallet and looking for the card. Please fix this!
Fresh install; blank screen
Installed the app for the first time and was met with an entirely white screen. Waited for a while, still nothing. Quit application, waited a few minutes, re-launched. Now a blank black screen. USELESS. So much for using my loyalty card 😆🙄

Yup, just a blank white screen that stays a blank white screen. This app is absolute worst I have ever used, seems to get even worse over time. I wonder if Longo’s owners are aware how bad it is, how the allow their IT team to roll out such a terrible app consistently over years
App sucks
This app is so frustrating! You can’t log in, you click forget my password and they don’t send you an email to re-set. Delete!
Absolute Garbage
I have tried using this app witj 3 seperate cards and it has been issue after issue after issue. Save yourself some time and aggravation and shop elsewhere.
Cannot login
With the correct password I cannot login, and if send request to change the password, I am not getting an email from Longo’s (even in SPAM folder).
Nightmare
Why bother creating an app if it’s just going to be your website? Can’t actually do anything. Would like to be able to add my loyalty card to my Apple Wallet or even use the app for that, nope.
Keeps telling me about cookies (again, this is an app and shouldn’t be a website) and wants me to take a survey that goes nowhere. DO BETTER. It’s nearly 2026, geez.

Can’t login ever!
Always takes me at least 10 minutes to log in! It is not my bank app to have so much security, I’m just collecting points to get a free cookie eventually not sign my home away, stop with this nonsense!

Wallet STILL DOESN’T WORK
It would be great if you could add your Longos card to your Apple wallet… this functionality still doesn’t work (and hasn’t worked for at least a year). Consequently I have to start the app in the store, login, often having to wait for an email with a code because I keep getting logged out.
Can you PLEASE just fix the basic problem of adding a Longos card to an Apple wallet again.
