Will not allow me to scan QR codes This results in not being able to provide needed feedback. The app continues to try block every thing that I try to open even company websites.
Wrong MS Authenticator version detected
My MS Authenticator is already updated to 6.8.47 but Lookout keeps to warn me the detected version is .43

Out of balance
You’ve probably found an excellent way to secure devices but it is at the expense of the performance of that device that cost so much. VPN in particular is a performance killer and I’ve not been able to use 5G when enabling lookout. I’m done with it.

Claims issue with particular version of WhatsApp. Confirmed using latest version and that version number is not the same as the one flagged by app. Uninstalled and deleted app completely from phone, yet app still flagging WhatsApp as an issue. Useless.
Edit: Two months after having removed WhatsApp in its entirety and still being flagged by app for same issue.

Takes hours to acknowledge apps have been removed.
As a test, I was asked to install an app known to be non-compliant with my company’s policy. After testing that our Lookout policies picked up the app and put my device in non-compliance, I removed it from the device. That was at 9:30 this morning. It is now 3 pm and the Lookout app on my phone is still indicating non-compliance. I have removed/re-pushed the Lookout app to my phone 3 times, as well as shut down the phone for 30 minutes. It still says it sees the offending app.
Note: Lookout is very quick on reporting back to the management tools otherwise, it is just really, REALLY slow when it’s out of compliance.
