You only get comments from other users Thats all you get, everything in the photos aren't in the app. And you have to comment on 3 peoples post before you post your own pics (yes you still need to pay). You don't get any help at all and just at the mercy of random people commenting on your photo if you even get any.

Dont be fooled by the fake reviews - mediocre and unactionable

Low quality visuals, analysis is not explained clearly, no feedback on improvements, waste of money, most of the reviews must be fake

Terrible

I open the app and it offers me a subscription so I look for the x button and there is none, I close the app and reopen it, nothing. Im stuck in the purchase screen. This app just try’s to take your money.

App not working

I got into the app once and accidentally deleted my account, when I made a new one and tried to restore my purchase, the option didn’t do anything. I cancelled the old membership and paid again and it froze on the payment screen and wouldn’t let me continue further without purchasing again. Needs some serious bug fixes, and the support option takes you to an empty page with a link back to the app. Not helpful. Otherwise the functions are cool and I liked the app.

if theres 0% free features then don’t make the app free i get it “you cant use costly products for free” but they aren’t that costly💀if you want to glow up, get your hair done, get a facial, use makeup and eat better? thats pretty much all you can do DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

why do we HAVE to pay?

like in all honestly the fact that we have to pay for it all is absolutely crazy, i get that you need money but maybe make it so you have to spend money on extra scans for your face or something else within the app, didn’t have to expect to pay for the WHOLE app considering not many people will have money is extremely stingy

Unable to upload a new photo to analyse.

While the results may be accurate, I wanted to upload another to ensure better accuracy. Please allow another optional to proceed uploading photos to be uploaded for ongoing analysis, thank you.

i’ve been trying to track the progress of my skin from using a red LED mask and thought this was so cool at first.. after I saw my results from my first scan, I was actually impressed and thought this is perfect to see how my skin improves each day..then realized you can only upload one photo…hopefully there is an update for this coming out.

Pretty cool features

I like how it gives you more in depth analysis for your skin layers and more ratings from your scan compared to other similar apps

This one also has a community where you can get feedback from other members which is totally new!

Before you choose to collab with this app read this!

I worked with this app, which only paid me once, and I’m still waiting for a payment they claimed would be sent in November 2024. I’ve emailed them countless times and was later informed through Instagram that they had changed their email. However, when I tried contacting them via the new email, it turned out to be invalid. I’ve also messaged them on Instagram again but have received no response to this day. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with them.

Disappointed

so I saw a video on tiktok which was sponsoring this app so I thought to download it I signed up and then saw that you had to pay 4.99 a week anyways I picked a photo and then once I had done that I choose another photo after already paying however it did not let me choose another one I then logged out and tried to log back in but it had stolen my password so I was unable to get back in 🙁🙁🙁🙁
