NO GO ZONE

Terrible app, constantly stops you from riding and says I’m in a no go zone when I’m in a green space. Waste of top up, use lime or other scooters

Can’t register

From USA in Doha for a day but couldn’t use because it required phone number OTP registration and my phone couldn’t receive text even though any other number can text me. Very stupid first time setup.

Terrible support team

I payed to Activate a scooter which after many attempts it was only rooling and the throttle on it was clearly not working. I had only rolled a distance of about 2 meters and submit a ticket with proof of fault. I had a simple request of refunding the money that was used for this faulty trip. The support team responded to me that they will check the scooter and get back to me and over a month later this ticket is ignored and still under process. My only question is why hire a support team if they cant take care of a simple request. I do not recommend this app to anyone especially since i have discovered better competitors.
