Update

Needs an update, way past due.

Very dated app

How do I change the setting such that the entire call is not cancelled when the leader leaves?

Why the hell does it ask for my name every time I join my own meeting room as host? It should have that recorded.

Why does it not remember that I prefer to have the hold music switched off?

Why isn’t the app optimised for iPhone X and above?

Good app

I use this service for work and I find it quite good. Better than most services out there. One functionality I would push devs to work on is the ability to allow someone else to share their screen.

Awful app for a great service

I work in a multi national company operating across 28 countries.

Loop up is our preferred method of conferencing across this landscape but this app is simply useless.

I am continually changing my county to the UK but the dial in number keeps on defaulting to the USA dial in. I can’t store the settings (it resets every time I launch the app) and I can’t make a quick meeting directly from the app. It is unintuitive to use and no guidance on how you are meant to use the functionality.

Come on Loop Up - your Outlook boot on is excellent - why is this experience so rubbish.

Initiating call feature not working, mail client choice missing

The app is just OK, but I’m stuck with what the powers that be have selected. The feature to have LoopUp call me isn’t working, and several contacts to sales over the last 6+ months are all met with denial, then acknowledgement and a “we’re working on it.” And sending an invite from the app defaults to Apple Mail. I wish I could choose my work’s email client, Good, instead.

Thank you for bringing it back

Was so sad when this went, great its back!

New App is Terrible

Previous standalone app was incredible. Loved the features and no one else had it or could compete. The new version which throws you out to a browser is slow and loses a lot of functionality. Going to start searching for a company that will give the same functionality as the old LoopUp app.

Awful update

The new app is dreadful! Not only is it impossible to find the most basic information (a dial in number and my own codes) but it continuously needs to connect to the internet! I was on holiday with no internet connectivity and this proved a complete disaster. We landed up abandoning LoopUp and using a competitor. Come on LoopUp - don't forget the basics!!

Update is very disappointing.

The new version has a lot less functionality than then the previous version. It's nice to be able to create an invite via my phone, but otherwise the interface is worthless. Previously you could see all of your conference rooms and both the leader codes and the guest codes right from the app. Now, you must go through several steps to access this information and it transfers you to the online site which adds additional loading time. Moreover, trying to monitor the calls on the app is virtually useless. The website takes so long to load, what's the point of the app if it takes you to a website anyway? Very disappointed. Bring back the old app!

Horrible release

The app worked great. Why on earth would you give us an new, useless app that opens a web page? It turns the app into a slow, laggy, joke. Really a very bad call.

The update is much worse

The latest version has much less functionality for an iPad than the previous version. I've deleted it and stopped using it.

Rubbish

Doesn't work at all

Life saver

This app is a life saver. I just joined an all hands conference call through my app while walking from the parking lot to my office and then jumped on the web interface without anyone noticing the difference. The app is really easy to use and it worked perfectly on my first try.

Terrible app

This app is simply useless.
You can't join meeting previously created by you!
What's the point?

LoopUp call is good. iPhone app crashes

IOS 6.1.3
App crashes on load.
Even after deleting and reloading app.

Otherwise LoopUp call is very good call system with great web app.

LoopUp good, iPad app Bad

The LoopUp service is very good except the app for the iPad doesn't open. It just crashes immediately. I tried customer service but they weren't able to pinpoint an issue. The iPhone seems fine ... so far, but I was actually looking forward to using share desktop through the iPad so I could connect to the tv in the conference room.

This is a testing stage software

After you record your conference it doesn't play. Great idea and features but in reality it doesn't work well.

Great app for the Ring2 service

The Ring2 app is fantastic! It allows users to:

1. Set up multiple numbers to have Ring2 call you to start a conference
2. With one button push, you can send an email to invite people to your conference. The email has all of the details.
3. Once you start a conference, you can monitor who is in it.
4. You have all of the controls available with one button push to mute or disconnect anyone.
5. You can also manually add someone’s number to the call.

Steps to start a conference that you have already invited people to:

1. Press Ring2 app icon
2. Press Join
3. Select what number Ring2 should use to call you
4. Wait for the Ring2 call and answer it

That’s it. You have started your conference and have full monitoring and call control capabilities.

Control features:

1. End Call
2. Record Call
3. Resume All
4. Hold All
5. Mute All

Join capabilities

1. As leader
2. As participant (in case someone else is the leader in your call)

Ring2 thank you for this App. I am going to use it in all of my calls.

Outstanding

I have been a customer of Ring2 for a while and was waiting for the iPhone app eagerly. It has not disappointed me, and provides an incredibly easy to use interface to schedule, manage and control voice conferences.
This app and its corresponding service with Ring2 is a must have for all professionals who want greater visibility, security and control over their conference calls.
I have also found the enhancements over the blackberry version very useful. The iphone interface is really slick.
I hope the company comes up with a version for the iPad, including more advanced collaboration features.
