Fun, but P2W
I enjoyed the game a lot, it has satisfying mechanics with big damage numbers and a good amount of unique builds to try out. BUT, it is also exceedingly P2W. It’s possible to enjoy F2P, but you will eventually hit a paywall where it becomes very sluggish to progress without the lifetime/monthly passes & premium bundles for haste scrolls. Particularly, the Umbral/Ancestral Realm’s auto-run options requiring you to buy the monthly passes and the absurd amount of time (1 month++) it takes to upgrade your gear rarity without manually getting 12 haste scrolls/minute at a time (this is capped daily and without the auto-collect bundle, will take hours to do) or buying premium bundles for immediate 100s/1000s. Not even mentioning just how ridiculous the difference in progress between a F2P and P2P account can be, especially in leaderboards and PvP. If you have a few $100 to spend, I’d recommend this game, but for F2P, it really does become a slog. 3/5

Erased EVERYTHING!
My original review below, and now an update: Fortunately I didn’t spend much money, but I did spend some. I attempted to log in, and my entire account is gone. I tried every login method, Fb, Apple, etc, and there’s just nothing there. Things like this make me hesitant to spend any money on any game, because they’ll sell to, or merge with another company, or maybe do a big update, and just delete all your progress. I’ve had this happen with about a dozen games over the years. And that’s not even counting the ones that shut down the entire game.
If this game was a relationship, it would be based on greed, not dedication. Another “arm candy” game hoeing itself out to people who have too much money to waste (the ones who buy art that consists of a banana duct taped to a blank canvas). I’ve paid a little money (lifetime and monthly memberships), but you have to spend a ton of money to get anything special. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun, but…
* Ancient Ruins: Floor 3, I am ALWAYS put against players who are 20x my strength or WAY more (aka the P2W players). I have literally never fought someone my level, or even CLOSE TO my level. I’m 1-hit killed by nearly every player I meet there. And you can get these massively high players 4 or 5 times in a row on floor 3! (Sometimes the same player over and over!). How about making it so you battle people near your level. Or better yet, let all the P2W people battle each other.
* Team Trial: Why do you have to requeue every 15 seconds for random match? How about you queue until you give up or find a team? At least then you’re waiting for team, and maybe working toward getting to the front of the queue instead of starting over every 15 seconds.
* Is there no way to stop auto? What if I want to spend 1000 hits on my secondary build, and the rest on my primary? As far as I can tell, you have to restart the game. There is no obvious way to stop auto. If you hit auto and turn it off, the character keeps fighting, but doesn’t cast spells. Sometimes there’s an event you can click that will stop auto, or you can change spec to stop, but that’s ridiculous!
* How do you have different power sets, pets, etc. for different jobs? What if I want a PvP build and a PvE build. There is no OBVIOUS, easy to find way to do this.
* It is not always obvious how to get wings or special outfits. Many high level (P2W) players have wings and fancy outfits, but there’s often no obvious way to get them. When it is obvious, it’s not always obtainable without paying A LOT of real money.
* Team trial: For all the low level people who enter higher levels trying to be carried, make it so they stop earning rewards as soon as they die! If they can’t carry their own weight, they shouldn’t be rewarded. Stop punishing the higher, or appropriate level people for declining the invite. Yes, when an appropriate level person declines the team invite over & over, they get a temporary ban from queuing for team trial. I know because one day I kept getting a 26 mil person queuing over and over for a minimum 80 mil trial. I refused after we lost because they were not contributing at all after they died 1 second into the trial. Why am I being punished for their greed & stupidity?

The deleted my account twice now! First time I wasn’t so upset I wasn’t that far but this time I had all three classes active and power levels in the billions and yall just wipe the account after a game repair. I don’t understand the logic or reasoning but thanks for nothing
Super cool and good, but…
So I was playing this game for a while progressing pretty fast and stuff but then when I played a lot of it I just got busy and couldn’t play it for a few days so then when I got back in it restarted me and so I redownloaded it and I’m trying it again but please don’t let this happen again
CS in-game pointless
Asking if I get my 7th mythic SK for free after getting 6 mythics because the counter just reset after getting my 6th without the getting the guaranteed SK that I picked.

This game could be a wonderful game. But don’t let your children play it. In the game chat, I’ve watched as my son has been bullied. Exposed to racism exposed to sexual content. And so many curse words that I couldn’t even count I also watched them make fun of someone who apparently reported all of this to a moderator who did nothing apparently so don’t allow your children to play this game if you’re over 21 feel free, but don’t allow your children to play this game.

I had a lot of fun on this game but I have recently tried to pick up where I left off and all of my progress is gone. I can’t even find my account. I will not be starting from scratch, I will just not play this game anymore. Absolutely ridiculous
No Save - that sucks
Every time you start the game you have to create a new character /
Neat concept but it’s not fun overall, especially since you can buy stuff with real money that disappears next login.
Try to make this more of a save the character and progression game and it could be fun.
