Terrible support lost everything
I was loving this game until I lost all progress, tried to contact support and the email is not working. Can’t even contact the company about a week of progress down the drain and nothing I can do. Worst experience in a game support I think I’ve had… and that’s saying something. Sad thing was I was enjoying it until I lost all my progress.

We’re happy to get you fully restored and back exactly where you left off.
