Setting up

Could someone please tell me how to set anything up on this. It’s keeps saying use the drop down menu but there isn’t one either on a PC or tablet. Can’t login on phone as I didn’t allow push notifications. Bad start to using this App!!!!!

Dreadful

For an app which has APP in the name, you can’t create an account using the app, then you go to the mobile-unfriendly website to create an account, and then can’t get beyond the first of ‘4 easy steps’ because it doesn’t allow you to fill in your address without using a seemingly non-existent drop down menu. It shouldn’t be this difficult to complete the very first step.
