Pushing to buy new product
Why would you create an update to stop remote viewing? That is exactly what happened. I have a working system but I cannot view remotely.
Issues
Just started to have an issue opening the app. Appears to be related to the new Apple phone update. I ask that the developers please address and fix

Pathetic that this app hasn’t been updated in years, and now with the latest iPhone update the app is no longer compatible. Let me guess, I have to buy all new equipment for thousands of dollars to get an app that will work with my equipment?!?
needs an update desperately
worked great until iOS updated and this has been a few updates ago stopped working on the iPad and now only works on the iPhone X when I’m home think they need it desperately do an update they haven’t had one for this app for quite some time
Useless
Can't connect on setup. Says password 6 characters then you get an error message saying it must be 8. Won't let you enter 8 you idiots.
It gets worse. LorexEcoStratus does not update this app or their pc software.

Absolutely try another brand
When setting up the cameras to work with the app it asks you to change the password. Fair enough. Gives you 6 characters to do so, also fair. Type it in and it requires you to use 8 characters. Really!? Smfh. Tried typing the 8 characters and yea, it only allows 6. Sooooo can’t change password and all I see is 4 plus marks on my screen. That cuts their value at least in half imo. For the price, can literally buy anything else and get more for your dollar. Dummy cameras included.

No remote access
Don’t waste your time with this one. I have had a 4 camera set up I purchased from Lorex about 2 years ago and you have to use this app with them for mobile access. It worked just ok for the first year with occasional connection issues and then there was an update that occurred on my phone and the app hasn’t worked since. I think the app just needs to be updated in order to work with the updates that regularly occur on most cell phones. Lorex is evidently not interested in investing the money to do so. Don’t buy their cameras if you want remote access because you won’t get it. Their website for support is just as bad as the app as it doesn’t work either!

Awful, outdated, slow, unreliable
What’s so hard about updating an app to keep your users happy and to keep up with technology. Unbelievable. I’ll be looking at a new system. Too awful and outdated, slow, looses connection, horrible quality, crappy interface, list goes on and on

This satisfies me because I can see ALL the cameras everywhere and even on my TV anytime I want, no problems with the app.
Worst app
This app use to be ok, but now you can only check your cameras when you’re home and half the time when you go to check them it takes forever for it to connect. I get a ‘failed to connect’ error 2 or 3 times before it actually connects. The min I get to my mailbox, the app stops working and won’t work until I’m back in the house. Talk about a useless app!

Do not purchase
The app is terrible. It never connects. IT support is less helpful than my 90 yo grandma. Camera pictures are blurry. Definitely would not purchase again - and now spending money on another system.

I used to be able to see my yard while away from home. No more. Customer service says I should try different apps like Lorex Cirris or Flir. The Mac Apple program for my iMac hasn’t worked in two years. I only get a blank screen. My truck has WiFi but does not let me see camera output. Lorex has some real problems.

Horrible program deserves a 0 rating
I was made to “upgrade” to this program in August from my previous Lorex software. The previous system worked well for the past two years. Now, It fails to load my cameras 99.9% of the time. It has rendered my Lorex security system and cameras worthless.
Lorex has not come up with a fix to date, and the tech team has not offered to replace my system with something that will work. I would never recommend anyone buy this product!

Worthless app which makes cameras worthless
Have the cameras but cannot access them from the phone making these cameras worthless to me. I have watched these reviews for years and yet still no one fixes this app. I switched my cameras to xfinity at least that app I can get on. What a waste of money in these cameras. Lorex apparently doesn’t care to fix.

Only works when your in the same WiFi
Subject says it all. It’s not working. Guy in phone from 800 said they are working in an update and it might not work but worked when I was home and on the same WiFi. Now I at work and can’t see anything. It’s the reason we kept this up on our home from previous owner.
Mobile app not working
The mobile app only works on WIFI. If you’re away from home, you cannot view your camera from your IPhone. I don’t need to look at my cameras when I’m at home hooked up to WiFi. I need to be able to view them when I’m away. Fix this please. And we need for someone to respond to our reviews.
Needs alert feature!!
I was forced to switch to this app when the old one was no longer supported. This one does not offer the motion alert feature the other one did and that was the primary purpose for purchase. A huge disappointment.
Update issue not identified
This is a major concern, selling a product that I can't possibly use no more. I no longer can view my cameras when I’m away from my house. It only works if I’m connect to the same WiFi network.
Real bad
Hasn't been updated in half a decade aside from a minimal 64-bit support update. Doesn't support native iPhone resolution higher than iPhone SE, and the app's interface is nonsensical garbage. Connection quality is very poor and inconsistent.
5 year old App without even 1 update
Bought their camera system and they touted their iPhone app as it was the next innovative app on the App Store. After 5 years the app has never been updated and upon calling them I was told “ tough luck”. I WILL NOT recommend their products
