Why would you create an update to stop remote viewing? That is exactly what happened. I have a working system but I cannot view remotely.

Pathetic that this app hasn’t been updated in years, and now with the latest iPhone update the app is no longer compatible. Let me guess, I have to buy all new equipment for thousands of dollars to get an app that will work with my equipment?!?

needs an update desperately

worked great until iOS updated and this has been a few updates ago stopped working on the iPad and now only works on the iPhone X when I’m home think they need it desperately do an update they haven’t had one for this app for quite some time

Useless

Can't connect on setup. Says password 6 characters then you get an error message saying it must be 8. Won't let you enter 8 you idiots.
It gets worse. LorexEcoStratus does not update this app or their pc software.
I’ll never buy another LorexEcoStratus product.
Thing only works on my home WiFi. Remote viewing is useless
