I tried on pair of leggings at a LJ boutique next to my Pilates studio where I’ve been going for the past six and I’ve tried all different name brands when it comes to Pilates wardrobe- i give JL a solid 10 when it come to quality, fit and style! and of course, their signature tiny red heart ❤️ anyway drove from that day on this is all I buy sports bra. I have been shopping at Lorna Jane since I was 17, and I am now 35. It’s the only activewear brand that I absolutely love. The material is beautiful and lasts for years.

Very difficult to deal with
Over the past few years, I’ve had issues with gift cards, customer service support, and app. It’s all really small and silly things that I haven’t faced with any other company. Their return policy isn’t great, either. Some clothes are good quality, other pieces are complete garbage.
Sound stops
Can’t listen to anything while using this app. Stops all sound from other apps.
Won’t let me change country
The app won’t let me change to the Australian store. It is stuck on the nz store. Such a shame coz I want to buy Lorna Jane clothes online. I also find their website doesn’t work so I never buy their things

Not user friendly App
The App doesn’t show all Sales / Outlet items. Not very user friendly to navigate around the App.
App couldn’t find the Albury store for click & collect & didn’t take two promo codes.
My first purchase and order through the app. I wanted to click and collect but the app couldn’t find the Albury store. Really not happy having to pay for postage. It also wouldn’t accept the Flare code with the welcome code? I assume it was a two code thing. I didn’t expect the welcome discount on the “Flare” code leggings..really not a difficult differentiation to code/program. I only purchased one pair as a result. I’m meaning this feedback to be constructive not negative 😏
