Could be better

The app could improve by simplifying its tabs/buttons. There are many instances where there are 2 or e buttons that link/take you to the same screen (overly redundant). There are multiple scavenger hunt buttons, just have one. And improve the tracker for which QR codes have been captured, and how many remain till you unlock the badge.
The button to access my tickets should be more prominent. And the purchase tickets maybe less so.
The maps need to be much better. They are small, and should be interactive. Touch a station to see who/which exhibitor is there, timing, etc.

Great!

It’s just a good app bc I got notified for the voice actors I wanted to meet!

Poorly organized

This app tells nothing about how to get in

It is insane how disorganized this is and have a security people just keep saying I don’t know.

Irritated - Okay

App is good at telling me things, like floor plan, celebrity schedules, etc. I requested notifications for my “to see/do” things as reminders. Now I am getting notifications for NHL tickets to Cancer Awareness Month. There is no way to turn that off. I was pretty sure I didn’t want these types of notifications when I downloaded and signed up for the app.

I don’t doubt that the company gets some sort of monetary reimbursement for these notifications. Disappointed that I am receiving unwanted information.

Too many messages

The app is decent for the schedule but they bombard you with messages unrelated to your schedule that you cannot turn off.

The app

Worked amazingly always knew where to find stuff and panels! Excited to use this for 2025 LA Comic con!

Too small. Can’t make larger

The app view is tiny and cannot be made larger. Bring microscope to con.

Feels Oudated

It's like this was designed for the original iPhone. It's kind of slow, skips and flashes when loading, not very intuitive (things like finding your saved schedule and setting reminders are in odd places); overall not pleasant to use.

If you tap search more than once, it opens new windows for each time you did. The maps are tiny and hard to read, plus the south hall map doesn't even include a pdf like the others, AND there is an upper level which has no map.

I am grateful for the schedule, and at least those event postings have a little more info about how to find things, but it seems like this app could easily be so much nicer to use.
