I am a PAID subscriber to this newspaper. When I click in to see an article online and am forced to listen to an advertisement before the article I want to listen to I feel that I am paying TWICE!! Once with the almighty dollar and then again with my time. What next?
As a paid subscriber I shouldn’t have to pay twice! Change your protocol!!

This newspaper has everything
I just downloaded the newest app and absolutely love it. I like getting notifications when something happens. And you can choose to get them or not. Top stories show when you open the app. I like that I can get national news as well as local news. The reporters are outstanding. Keep up the good work!

Great Newspaper Reporting
I have been a fan of the Daily News for many years. They present the news in an unbiased manner. The writers are top notch, in my opinion. I have my favorites but overall the different opinions are fairly given. Keep up the good work.

This app is just time consuming, and not worth trying to reimagine modern news delivery.
Amazing that this newspaper can even compete within it’s own group if the digital and e-editions are this poorly designed and maintained.
It just takes way too much effort to move around in this poorly imagined format.
It becomes all too obvious for those who read other newspapers on line why, some news delivery providers have difficulty monetizing an inferior product on line.

Not current enough
When I read the paper news in print and want to share something with a friend, it’s infuriating that I can’t find it. Not by section. Not by title. Not by keywords. This is stupid and ineffective.
Additionally, when I don’t receive the physical paper and I call to report a delivery problem, I’m informed that I can access the paper online or through the app. Clearly they don’t know that is not an efficient solution.
Technology can be a blessing and a curse.
The daily news should get on the ball and fix these problems.

Always locked out…
Despite home delivery subscription seven days a week, I am constantly being locked out of the app and told I don’t have a subscription.
I like reading articles like a paper
Old formatting was ideal, gives us the option please!!!

Good contents, but very difficult to read because the font size is too small and can’t be adjusted.

The text is too small and cannot be adjusted within the app. I have my iOS text set 1 bar slightly larger but doesn't make a difference within app. Using an iPhone 6s.

Where is the search function for prior articles?

It is now to hard to find the traffic conditions and freeway cameras where are they ?

The new app got rid of the photo galleries.

Had to delete this app again because it keeps demanding me to sign into the Lebanon Daily News subscription page when I check various articles. Huh? C'mon now. like I said, it's annoying. This app is for Los Angeles not Lebanon.
