Lifesaver but small update would be great!

This app has been an absolute lifesaver and has stopped me from getting lost so many times! I honestly don't know what I'd do without it.
I do have one suggestion for improvement. Since the University of Adelaide and UniSA have now merged into a single university (Adelaide University), it would be great if the app could be updated to reflect this. For example I have to switch between the University of Adelaide – North Terrace Campus and UniSA – City East Campus, even though they are now both part of the Adelaide University – City East Campus. The app still works, but constantly switching between the two makes it more difficult to find buildings and navigate around campus. Overall still an amazing app!!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Looks we have been a little behind in merging those universities and campuses. We've made some tweaks on our end and they should be sorted now and all the places under City East. I hope this makes it a lot easier to navigate now!

issues

great app however there’s a glitch issue. i put the wrong email address and it won’t let me change it when i press ‘wrong email address’ and put the new one it says this email has already been taken. and it won’t let me go back to the start to login. i’ve tried deleting and re-downloading but nothing changes. please fix it!

What happened?

It use to be good now I just get a blank screen when I drop a pin. Doesn’t work anymore.

doesn’t offer my uni campus (acu strathfield)

i heard a lot of good things about this app all over social media, but unfortunately when i put in my uni campus, i couldn’t figure out why it was not working and then i realised that this app doesn’t actually have my campus. this is really disappointing as im going into my first year of uni and was really depending on this app to help me figure out where all my lectures and tutorials would be but unfortunately they do not offer acu strathfield so if you go/are going to acu strathfield campus, don’t bother with this app. i’m hoping with this review, they will add my uni as an option because i was really excited to use this app. :(

Not enough campuses

I love this app but I think it definitely has room for improvement- like they could definitely include more campuses as they don’t cover most unis!!

Using Issues

After Reloading this app，when it ask me to choose the year that I plan graduate，I choose 2026，and this app keep alert me that the year you choose graduate must be greater than or equal to start year. But I even dont know where to choose the start year

Two years ago, I reviewed it saying it was in hefty need of an update. Came back now while doing occasional app updates to see this app on the list, and wow! They did a lot of improvements. The design and user interface is a lot more smoother compared to back then. They did remove the comment section, subject and uni chats (tbf it grew inactive over the years for the most part), but overall I’m quite impressed with the changes. It’s returned to being a handy navigation tool (whenever I need to visit campuses) and provides quick access to the Student VIP site. Please keep up the good work! 🙏 You’re doing better!

Still super convenient

I used to use this all the time as a uni student, but now I still have to visit my old campus from time to time and it works just as well as ever

Terrible design and bugs

Too much bugs, cannot use filter and search almost all the time. Overall design is terrible

No matter how much I try, or how many different emails I use, the link it sends come up as invalid or with an error when I try to open them using google or safari

Completely unresponsive

App is completely unresponsive and won’t let me click on anything. I’ve tried restarting the app and deleting and re-downloading but nothing works. Shame it was a great app 2 years ago.

Okay, but there needs to be a big fix

The compass is mostly accurate, but everytime I leave the app and come back to double check I’ve typed in the right location, the app freezes. The only way to unfreeze it is to restart the app, which is very frustrating and time is wasted retyping everything

I hope this app has not been abandoned… please fix this glitch 🙏🏿
