App Orders
I am also having trouble placing orders in the app. I used to order at least weekly but the app simply doesn’t work. I called and they said they didn’t have any trouble.
Can’t place an order
7/14/24 - The app opened fine. I chose my location and then nothing. Page won’t load. Very disappointed. Deleting.
7/14/24 - went to the Ridgeland, MS location and spoke to the manager. This app no longer works. The new app has a white icon.

App orders
Anyone else having issues with app orders. I haven’t been able to order in a month. It always says they aren’t taking online orders. I used to utilize it once a week probably. Called and they said their shouldn’t be a problem.
Fort Walton Beach is not listed…
Wanted to place an order but my nearest location is not listed. ☹️
While I love the pizza… the app however
The app was working ok several months ago well the last couple months it hasn’t been working at all. Just spins and nothing. There is no contact for app support so unfortunately had to leave a 1 star review
Won’t load
I can’t even get the app to load once choosing a location. It will just constantly show a spinning icon.
Update Locations please
Please update the app to reflect Hattiesburg, MS...while the app/website show Hattiesburg as a location, none of the menu/ordering procedures show Hattiesburg as an option in ordering or looking at a menu for an "ordering online" option
But why?
As much as I appreciate the nostalgic trip, there is no excuse for an app or website that looks like it was built for dial up.
Locations Need To Be Updated
I just downloaded the app, only to find the Texarkana, TX location does is not there. Tries to get me to order from the Bentonville, AR location that is over 2 hours away. If I hadn’t paid attention I would have placed an order for the wrong location.
Missing locations
They don’t have all locations listed on the app to order ahead. Useless
Can’t set up an account
I downloaded this app to make a future pizza order easier, but I can’t get the account set up. I filled out all the fields and can’t get any further. I was hoping to be able to put a cc on file to make my life easier, but I guess that won’t be happening.
Also you don’t provide any way to contact you and get support for this. The help link you provided to apple just sends you to your website and their’s no “contact us” anywhere on it. So I’m posting this instead. If you want me to change my rating, contact me with some help.

Decent but needs some updates
The app is a good option for ordering pizza online but it needs some serious user interface work. It looks awful and can be confusing to use. Otherwise the app works fine. I’ve never had a problem ordering food.
terrible
ordered $30 worth of food for pickup only to realize every location is closed. can't get my money back now. you'd think that if the locations were closed it wouldn't let you spend money. total scam

Makes ordering easier with a big family that can’t figure out what they want when we call! 😊
