App does not process rewards

I have seen this issue mentioned in reviews from more than a year ago and it is still not functional on iPhone. Try to use rewards and it will not process. Phoned in order and manager can see the rewards but cannot process because they are “locked” since I tried to use them through the app. For me the app is totally useless. It’s a shame because their sandwiches are great. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would look into it. No offer to compensate me for unusable rewards.

I notifications but when I click on it, I’m logged out. App keeps on logging me out and now I can’t get back in. Waste of space on my phone.

Shut out by new version

This app has been an ongoing pain. They have specials all the time but getting the app to apply the discount has been a frustrating experience. Now with the new version has logged me out and won’t let me back in. I eat there once or twice a week. Not since the update. This app is costing you sales.
